All the comments on here are exactly right and you and Dan both need to be in prison.  Instead, you're running around with a new baby.  I appreciate the comments about what a terrible family you are and what a crook you are and what a liar you're girlfriend is and what a disaster your child will be given the fact that you are the father.  You can take your "Turkey Crossing" down.  The only Turkey's crossing are you and your colleague Dan, your lying girlfriend and your little baby who is an innocent casualty of your life choices.  I hope to be there the day you and Dan get thrown in jail.  I don't even care about getting my money back, but I'll consider my debt paid in full once you guys are behind bars for a long time!  You better keep running, or that baby of yours is going to be without a father very soon.  

And why you feel the need to pollute a forum of good people discussing what lying sacks of s**t you and Dan are is beyond me.  Stay off the Rip-off Report and just keep running and hope your day in court comes after you've at least spent some time with that new baby of yours.

You do have a cold dark heart with malice intent, please seek council or anger management, better yet don't steal from your "friends" homes and smile to their face. Hopefully your new employer doesn't need their house cleaned and has everything bolted down. But, enough of that.

I filed the claim against Investment Real Estate Network and Dan Doyle as co-defendants.  I filed in Alameda small claims court (my claim is only $6,000).  I served Dan and IRN in Hawaii.  I used a company called(((Redacted))), they were very helpful.  Look them up on the net.

As of today, this guy Rick Saul and his girl friend Marlo Whitney and baby are hanging around in south Orange County at his sisters and mothers house in San Clemente CA. Sister is Nicole Saul and mother is Marilyn Saul. Can't be sure if they have a car or its a family members but saw them driving a white late 90's model a few weeks ago possibly a Buick. 

Who did you serve in your small court claim in Alameda? I'm not sure who to file the claim against in California.

I filed in small claims court in California (Alameda County to be specific).

For those of you who won judgements against Dan, did you file in superior court or small claims? if you filed a small claim, did you file in California or Hawaii? Thanks.

I had a almost the exact same experience.  From the radio station to the lies about returning my money.  I've taken legal action and I was recently awarded a judgment. I will immediately start filing liens on anything I can get my hands on.  Doyle will probably go to jail soon, so if you take legal action, do it soon.  Check out the link below.

I am too a victim of Dan Doyle's. In Nov 2008, I heard a radio show on SFO's KNEW, a reputable radio station in the Bay Area and decided to put a deposit down on a property in Mississippi. The project was canceled in March of 2009. And, I've been trying to get my $19K back since then.
He had tons of excuses and had been very apologetic. He sent me a check in Oct of 09 and it bounced. Now, he doesn't return my calls any more.
I am in the process of bringing him to court. Let me know if anyone wants to join me.

Nevermind, Dan's check just bounced. The bank reported it had settled when I made this report, but then came back a few days later and said it bounced. The bank said they tried to retrieve the funds twice and failed both times due to insufficient funds in the Dan's bank account. I'm working on getting a judgement against him

I am curious as to how you finally received your money.  We have been trying for 2.5 years to get our $7K deposit from him.  Please help.  thank you
