this guy is a total hack, seams to always run into some problem. his crew is basically 1 guy who comes and goes, I can't get a straight answer from his boss. Work took 3 times longer than quoted, and the quality isn't there. had problems with some of the stuff he installed. its falling apart already, can't get any insurance info from him. So i think you should maybe find another contractor, HW partners quotes are higher, should have gone with someone else. he's all profesional till he gets a check, then the project gets dragged out. The bid changes due to unseen problems, and guess what, I get the shaft after he claims it can't be done, . so I get left with less than I paid for.
