I called and confirmed that Danial Parisi doing business as a Verizon agent through TBI COM, is NOT REGISTERED as at the DO NOT CALL REGISTERY!
I talked to the DNC reg manager - cust service, he has not ever registered nor paid the 14,500 fee for joining. Every person he calls whom is on the list can file and sue Parisi and collect!
Beware. BEWARE
This is a totally illegal telemarketing company. I called and talked to Someone about the illegal DNC call to me and they said that we were a business and they can call me. Well I talked to the DNC registery. Any firm doing telemarketing must have the list. Business numbers become personal numbers everyday. They need to make sure those numbers switch do not get called.
