Daniel Holt, Daniel Ryan Holt, Daniel R. Holt, Dan Holt Sold me a camera on Ebay, but never shipped it Orlando Florida

I won an auction on Ebay for a Digital Camera and sent a check to Daniel the next day ($675). As soon as the check was cashed, Mr. Holt unregistered from Ebay and left me with nothing. I was unable to contact Mr. Holt via email or cell phone number as both were no longer working. I contacted Ebay about the issue, but I only got automatic replies to my concerns so I knew that I was not going to get anywhere with them. My local police department was not much help either. I filed a report with them, but after I met with an officer to discuss what happened, I knew that it was going to be swept under the rug. I did some searching on the internet and found some help.

I found this site and gave them a call: 407-836-2490

After explaining my situation, they sent me some paperwork to fill out and asked me to send copies of the check and all related paperwork to their office. About a month of so later, I got a call asking where I would like the check to be sent!

If you have had problems with this individual, give this office a call and maybe you'll be able to get your money back. It only cost me some time and a postage stamp to get some justice.
