Dan is a dangerous con artist who has used manipulation, scare tactics, and intimidation to prevent myself and my partner from evicting him from our property. He presents himself as a professional and comes across normal and put together at first. HOWEVER, after awhile you begin to notice how his stories don't add up. Here are just two of his greatest hits:

1. He says he was a special forces operative in Afghanistan. YET, there is no record of this, no associates he can reference, and when referenced, his "references" do not know who he is or what he is talking about. 
2. He says he owns a gold trading company. YET, there is no record of this and his "deals" are all cons where he pockets up to 40% of his client's investments. 

He and a female friend by the name of "Lina" moved into our guest house and are refusing to leave. They demand that we provide them with a "deal" to occupy the house for an additional month. However, when we say no they simply refuse to leave. They have destoryed the interior of the house with rocks that Dan collects and tries to "mine." They brought over 20 weapons into the house including several knives, axes, and high-powered rifles. He has physically threatened our other tenants and our property manager. I only hope that this reaches way of the next landlord he tries to scam.
