I ordered via internet 3 original graphics from Daniela Wagner, her husband is Andreas Wagner. She asked to get paid via Western Union before shipping oversea the graphics.
I made a payment for 12 000 USD and since then I heart nothing more from Daniela Wagner !
She doesn't reply to email,letters and doesn't pick up the phone.
I contacted a german lawyer who verified that her address Mutzenweg 6 in 83115 Neubeuern is wrong. So I can't sue her and her online shop on http://www.danielawagner.info

Ladies and Gentlemen,
You published on your page defamation complaint myself. The author is a liar. I request the immediate deletion of this article.
I am an unknown artist from Germany. I sell only very rarely a picture. Abroad, I've never sold anything, and certainly not at these prices.
I know who slandered me. I have the libel to the police in Rosenheim be displayed. Unfortunately the police can not help because the pages are abroad.
I ask for your understanding and for immediate deletion. It's certainly not in your interest that somebody spread such lies.

Ich wei wer Sie sind! Wenn Sie diese Verleumdungen nicht innerhalb krzester Zeit aus dem Netz nehmen, werde ich Strafanzeige erstatten. Falls diese nicht zum Erfolg fhrt, werde ich meinerseits eine Beurteilung Ihrer Person ins Netz stellen, die dann sogar der Wahrheit entspricht.
