Nothing but Crooks at daniels

I have personally experienced how difficult it is to deal with these people when requesting a withdrawal of funds from your account.  Your money is so mismanaged and the fees they hit you with are outragious.  They will find any excuse that you will listen to as to why you money hasnt arrived yet.  I have been waiting now for 6 montrhs and they are still holding onto my funds.  I will likely never see that $25K again.  Do yourself a favor and run if you see these guys coming.

Daniels Trading is sketchy.

Daniels Trading is the worst. The charts have data issues and they lag, sometimes over an hour behind. In addition, the brokers only want bankroll accounts. If you don't have the money they weed you out. Daniels Trading creates "fees" to nickel and dime your account. A wire transfer took 13 days and no one had any idea why.  All of the other wires were suspiciously delayed.  Others were mailed out using standard mail all the while I am waiting for a wire transfer.  Daniels Trading will mishandle your money and find ways to steel it.

Initially, Daniels Trading was fair, average.  Around 2013, they were bought out by Gain Capital.  Ever since the acquisition, the company has changed for the worst.  I closed the account three months ago and I am still waiting for my money. The NFA is looking into it. There are much better brokerages. Daniels Trading is by far the worst ... be warned.

This is a copy/paste of their Risk Disclosure - NOT a report, please remove!

I'm a long time client of Daniels Trading and just happened upon this in doing research on another broker, (not Daniels Trading) for a very non-tech savvy or internet familiar freind to get informed on a broker she wants to do business with. Saw this come up in the returns for searching on "broker" and was shocked to see it!   Reading it, it looks as if the "filer" or reporter (i.e. Lightspeed USA? If I'm reading that correctly according to other listings and reports...) just took a standard risk disclaimer, not even the one from Daniels Trading website at: http://www.danielstrading.com/legal-notices/risk-disclosure/ and posted it. So unless this is some sort of "joke", it should be taken down as it's not even a valid consumer or client report or comment!

This upsets me as I HAVE been trading for a long time, (almost five years this coming April) and there ARE plenty of brokers that are less than reputable, and Daniels Trading is NOT one of them! They've been amazing, from first contact on into contractual signing, and my personal broker, Burt Schlicter, goes out of his way (usually a few times per month) to make sure I'm on the right track, especially if there's been little activity or MORE activity than he's used to seeing in my account. He truly cares, and gives me sound advice that's done nothing but improve and GROW my account. So please, the moderators of this site, you see there are others posting similar things, "Where's the report?" "What's the comment, don't see a comment", etc. etc. so the simple fact that they're listed here is sort of "black mark" they don't need or deserve. Not sure how this all works as this is only about my fourth visit to your site for research, however, this lessens the credibility of the ROR itself. I think (and looks like others think) that the Daniels Trading entry (and all of our posts regarding their company), should simply be archived off and not return in a search anymore.

By the way, in doing their original submission/report/erroneous post, the original "reporter" also included an incorrect weblink for the company. They are ONLY at www.DanielsTrading.com and http://www.danielstrading.biz.ly/ is *not* their company nor has it ever been to my knowledge. The .biz.ly variation is a parked "domain for sale" as of this writing, so more invalid and misleading information that should be cleared off the site.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope you'll action it.

From a VERY happy Daniels Trading customer in Massachusetts

What's The Complaint?

AUTHOR: WinningTrader - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 25, 2012

I don't understand just exactly what the complaint is.  What is written in the complaint is nothing more than a disclaimer that you would find in any trading program, platform, forum, or community. And it is true that there is a risk when trading stocks, options, and futures.  The individual doing the trading is solely responsible for his/her results. So whoever made this complaint simply wasted good internet space.

Sounds like standard disclaimer language for just about any options or commodities broker, and pretty good advice.
