Darrell Ollman 41 Yrs, Con Man-Theif-Pathological Liar-Deceptive-Fraud-Fly by Night-603-818-1263 Derry 11 High St. New Hampshire

WARNING!!! Do not hire Darrell Ollman for any job he may be advertising. He has no knowledge in any of the trades he advertises. He claims to have "many years experience". He is a professional con man and has been conning for over 15 yrs now. He claims he can install pools and that he has a license to do so. He cannot install pools and has no such license. This man is a very scary individual. He is sick, very very sick in the head. He advertises on Craig's List under skilled trades. BEWARE!

My friend hired him to install a pool and it was the most horrific job anyone could ever imagine. He robbed her of $800.00 cash. He would not allow her to pay any other way. He never gave her a receipt, he never gave her a business card and she asked for all of this several several times. He never produced a warranty, contract nothing. He claims she only paid him $200.00 and refuses to refund any monies to her for the terrible job he did.

He cost her more than $2000.00 to get the pool done right. It had to be taken down and put back up. It is a 16 post pool - he put it up as a 17 post - it is 24 foot- he set it up as a 23 by 25 - it was completly off level, never leveled the ground professionally did this with his feet - he put the posts on upside down - never hooked up the pump, chlorinator, ladder, etc. He borrowed tools, didn't even have a laser level. When my friend began filling the pool with water the liner sagged down on one side.

When this pool was inspected by 2 professional companies they both stated that the pool would have caused the death or serious injury of anyone who chanced swimming in it. It would have definately collapsed. In a hurry to get her pool done my friend made many mistakes and is humiliated for not checking this man out. We want to make sure this doesn't happen to any of you. If you are having a pool installed do not hire any individuals who cannot produce a license, contract, warranty, etc.

Get references and make sure they are real. You want actual people, who live close to you, that have used the individual and even ask the person if you can see the work this individual has done. Do not fall for just making a phone call, it could be anyone. Most individuals who advertise on-line are fly by night - hire a company with a reputation and good name. Check the company out thru the bbb, on-line, etc., and again get a license, warranty, contract, receipts etc. References are critical to get as well when dealing with a company. Most companies will have a portfolio put together, if they don't be hesitant.

My friend hired an Indepedent Investigator and the information she found out about Darrell Ollman is the most despicable ever. He has been conning people for over 15 yrs. Claims to be anything, roofer, carpenter, landscaper, electrician, plumber, etc., etc., etc. Never mind the con game, we also found out he is a sick sick pediphile. He apparently has performed and had performed to himself by children the most discusting acts imaginable. Theres so much more to tell but unfortunately as an investigation is ongoing we can't really say much more.

This is also the type of man that if go after him for what he has robbed you of, he would damage his own property and say you did it, seriously injure himself and say you did it. Bottom line he always tries to be one step ahead of his victim. His wife Wendy Ollman is also a con woman who it appears steals from the elderly. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
