Back in March, 2017 we signed a written contract for a paver patio project with our new neighbor Darren Lechner / Prestige Home & Landscape. At the signing we gave him $6500.00 cash. The guy never showed up to perform project. This is where the countless lies, master manipulation & excuses started. At this point - I knew Darren had no intentions of doing the project. Darren stated several times over the summer that materials are ordered and ready. I had him meet me at the fence to confront him with the supplier on the phone - that no order existed! He agreed to pay back the money and stated that he does not have that kind of money sitting in the bank. Which tells me he never could pay for the materials to perform the project. What a great way to get a 6 month loan - interest free! I always try to see the good in people and think that they are honest as me with my up bringing. I’m very disappointed with Darren Lechner and feel very disrespected as a neighbor with the countless lies & manipulation. Which makes me very angry when I’m lied to! It has been a very slow process - Darren has paid $5500.00 and has an outstanding balance of $1000.00 to date 7 / 2018. The broken record continues with "I will pay you in 2 weeks" - countless lies to live another day!

This guy is trouble!  He starts out being the nice guy will do anything for you - then turns into a con - artist crook!

Did some research on his so call business "Prestige Home & Landscape" and its not registered with the state of PA. I've learned that 2 other Manheim, PA businesses were done wrong by this guy as well. He also has filed bankrupcy back in 2012. I'm posting this so hopefully there is no more victims in the Manheim area!
