DAvanzo Inc - Event Management - Staffing Davanzo I worked Odwalla event back in June and he claimed we were going to get paid 30 days after the event. Then it went to 30 net days. to now its Sept and still no check. Just constant lies. Cape Coral Florida

I have an attorney that I just contacted due to other models that I have spoken with that got ripped off by Keith.
We are all going in half on attorney fees to sue him and receive the wages that we earn. Hopefully this will stop him from ripping innocent people out of there time and money for driving to the location and wasting there day making him rich.
I do believe he have gotten paid from Odwalla because they are a part of Coca cola and I dont think they linger outstanding debts.
I cant prove it but the attorney is checking into it! I cant wait to hear the results. If he have gotten paid from them already then thats great because they will never do business with him again and hopefully he loose more clients that hes slandering and giving them bad names to say they havent paid an outstanding debt/
I am not slandering Davanzo company, because everything in this email is true about him and his company.
I worked a total of five days for him and still have not been paid. I worked at publix in atlanta promoting Odwalla products.
The attorney is also contacting Publix!
Keith had Shannnon whos phone is now disconnected to call and say it would be 30 days before we would be able to receive our checks. After the 30 days it went to 30 net business days. After the 30 net business days it was just no return emails until I found more people that he had done the same way.
Then he sent out this email that he was waiting on the client to pay him.
15 days later its " oh the client said they are going to put the check in the mail and soon as it clear I will send 357 of you all your check.
Now 12 days after that he say this to me this morning in email:
This is his exact email, I just cut copy and paste it here. The top is his response to my bottom email. which is also here too.

I am only passing along the info the Client has given me, They have finally given me a check number to coincide with the invoice submitted they have also just put the Check in the mail so i should receive their check any day now..
I understand your frustration cause i am frustrated too. I'm sorry you feel the way you do and that  you needed to contact a lawyer... its not going to Make things move faster.
i can only pay you when my client pays me that's how it works..
