DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THE EMINI PROFESSOR!!!

AUTHOR: Ryan - (United States)

David can write as much as he wants and claim traders don't know what they are doing and trading is risky, blah blah....it is all besides the point, he will offer you a money back guarantee and if you decide the room isn't for you he will string you along and not give you the money back.  He owes me $800 from back in November of 2014, and never returned it after promising to do so(I still have the email laying out the terms from him).  He takes payment non traditional ways, huge red flag!  David if you are reading this, all you would have to do is refund the people you owe and your business would be legit.  We all know traders lose money, and people may join your room if they knew your word was good.  If you would like to refund my $800 and do the right thing let me know on this message board and if you do I will respond here telling everyone you actually stuck to your word, oh and do right by the person who started this thread too.  If you keep doing this people no one will join, I know you are a smart guy, you can obviously figure that out?

As per screenshots on http://davidadamseminiscam.com, 14th June, BEFORE enrolling your members, did you or did you not, David Adams, offered a WRITTEN guarantee for a refund, which, as per your email, could be claimed at ANY point, should a member decide that your service is not the best option for him.

As per audio recordings on http://davidadamseminiscam.com, 6th July, did you or did you not, David Adams, use illegal approach (as per your own words), offering a member money to keep him in a room.

Please clarify.

I am not unsympathetic to William's situation; e-mini trading is very difficult and the failure rate is vicious.  That being said, this client had nearly a month sitting in my room where I trade with a DOM up so every trade can be observed.  I don't win every trade.  Of course, no one but those trying to persuade novice traders into signing up reports outrageous trading.  I record every session of trading and individual mentoring and have a difficult time understanding what Williams beef seems to be.

On my site which is currently down, I have a very clear paragraph (complete with an ALL CAPS warning) that I do not refund money.  I have spent a good portion of my life trading at the institutional level and understand the learning curve and determination it takes to be a successful trader.  Look, most people fail...even with individual mentoring more than 50% fail.  Anyone who claims differently is not on the up and up.   Unfortunately, William fell into the category of individuals who should not trade due to the nature of his temperament.  He is a pretty good guy but gets emotionally involved in his trading.  Trading is a business and the less ego-involvement the better.  To be sure, he told me that he had been trading 24 months without a winning month.  Any trade room operator who is willing to refund money, given the astronomical failure rate will not be in the business long.  To be sure, I don't know of any trading room that offers refunds.

I won't get involved with the trading methodology William was taught prior to his stint in my room, but will say that there is a reason he was unable to trade successfully.  Despite his obvious dismay, I feel pretty good that he is not trading anymore because he is not an individual who should be trading for a living.  That is no reflection upon him as a person or as a human being.  I should not be a plumber, we would have water on every floor in the house.  His complaint is a reflection of the problems he experienced trading. Too much personalization of success and failure in trading.  I would have stopped if I didn't have a winning month after two years.

He has produced some doctored emails, and that is okay.  The policy in the room is clearly posted and I can weather the attacks...it's proof that I made the right decision in explaining to him that trading was not his line of work.  I wish him the best and hope he finds a successful career.

I have a core of traders in the room who have been there for a very long time and understand drawdowns, real-time trading, and the mental toughness required to succeed.  There are many peripheral issues in this complaint, too.  Those issues are not central to the complaint and disclosing those issues would besmirch William and that is not my intent in this reply.  He needs to find a different line of work.
