David Glenn McCracken (DOB 9Jan1960) was arrested 10Apr2006 in San Francisco on 2 oustanding Felony Fraud Warrants from Riverside County.

David was renting my house (telling others that he was the owner) in San Francisco. He portrayed himself as a co-owner of Girzi & Venturelli-Denk companies, both based in San Diego, CA. David bounced checks, wrote stolen and coutnerfeit checks for the rent, all the while claiming that he had been a victim of identity theft or embezzlement by a former lover.

After investigating the source of the stolen & coutnerfiet checks things started to unravel for him. It seems he has defrauded numerous individuals and companies for hundreds of thousands of dollars! Many of the individuals he met at online Gay websites, befriended them and very convincingly deceived them into investing in non-existing business. Other victims were neighbors and family members (who refuse to admit he defrauded them).

Just minutes before David's arrest on April 10th, 2006 he took a substance in attempt to commit suicide. They found him unconscious in his cell the morning after his arrest and he has been in a coma and on life support since that day. I have in my possession paperwork and information pertaining to his illegal activities since 2002. I have contacted many individuals and companies that I have contact information on - if you are one and I have not contacted you, please use this website to tell your story and I will make sure the authorities include you in the case.

However, if David expires as a result of the suicide attempt I am not sure what recourse we will have, although I believe he may have had accomplices. If you are an accomplice be on notice that I and all the others affected by David G. McCracken will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law!
