PRO APPRAISERS & CLAIMS GROUP LLC was hired by American Alternative Insurance / Blackhawk Claims Service to appraise the damage to our vehicle in which American Alternative Insurance is 100% liable. However. PRO APPRAISERS & CLAIMS GROUP LLC conspired with other parties, willfully ignored the visible damages to our vehicle, grossly underestimated the repair cost for the damages. When we contacted the owner David Schuman, he acted rude and like (((Redacted))) piece of s***. Any legitimate and professional insurance company should stay away doing business with this pathetic company to protect their reputation.
