David Shorey is the CFO of a company called Cell Wireless and US Social Scene. The CEO of those companies is Joe Cosenza who claims to have millions of dollars invested in putting this "big" company together. However, it is nothing more than a way to defraud people who are stupid enough to get involved with the lies. It is my belief through many different conversations with Thomas L. Brandon, the "Stock Promoter" that David Shorey has known that Joe Cosenza is a complete Fraud since the beginning of 2008. Yet, David Shorey still took money from people, who bought in to Joe Cosenza's lies, to pad his own pocket.
David Shorey is the controller over the Cell Wireless (CLWL) company shell and he is still taking people's money even though the people that are investing are being deceived. While Joe, most likely belongs on the funny farmer with the rest of the compulsive lairs; is David Shorey at just as much fault for not putting and end to this scam? Instead, he is personally gaining for the lies. So, again I ask: shouldn't David Shorey be held just as responsible as Joe Cosenza?
David Shorey will attempt to justify his action by saying that all we need to do is give him the contracts that Joe Cosenza signed and gave us and he will issue the stocks. But I ask you David, why would I want shares of a company that was just a con? You need to understand that you are going to be held accountable and I will get my money back. You have not seen or heard the last of any of the people that you screwed and I will make sure of that.

A word to the wise to anyone that is doing business with or is thinking about doing business with David Shorey, DON'T!!! This guy is a sleaze ball and has no intention of being a good, hard working citizen, but rather a conman that wants to spend the rest of his life in JAIL.

Josh Benson is the person writing that report and he does not have all of the facts. I have testified to the Arizona Corporate Commission Securities division and provided them with all of the records of Cell Wireless and all of my personal and business accounts. They and I have found no traces of the money you are describing in any of my accounts.
At this time I have no doubt that Joe Cozensa ripped off your investors and the only document I have seen is one your investor sent to me. That document shows that she invested with US Media Team, a company that Joe owned and CW had no ownership or relationship with. Her investment, as the trail of the money must show, did not go to CW or myself and the rest of your group probably did the same. This must be why you will not send the documents to me or the AZCC.
I told you before, I am the only one that can help you or the other investors. I am willing to do so if you will cooperate. If you will not cooperate, I will call your father and see if he cares enough about the investors to cooperate.
We have a group interested in the shell and they want it cleaned up. They are aware of your report and hope that it can be cleaned up by me. They will go ahead anyway, but it may help if we clear the air on the past.
I am ready to discuss this matter and a solution to make your group whole or partially so. I cannot make Joe pay back the money but I can arrange some shares. Let me know if you are willing to discuss this matter.
I did not take any of the money because I did not know that your group invested and Joe took it without notifying me.
