Days Inn NASTY ROOM AND LEFT IN MIDDLE OF NITE DUE TO BED BUGS! DID NOT RECEVIE FULL REFUND FOR MY STAY atlanta, Georgia

I booked this hotel for a relative comimg from out of town. This room and hotel is nasty. I was not expecting this from days inn. It felt like we were at a sleezy hourly motel.

First, the receptionist was rude, saying the room are not readybecause they are being cleaned. While, the house keepers were hanging around talking and smoking behind the building. Once we got to the room , the hotel wasn't even clean. So what was the wait for. The walls was dingy and dirty, it had red marks on them. It looked like blood. I wanted to take my cousin another hotel, but after a long road trip and tired kids. She said it was ok. She will stay. 

Later, once it was time to go to bed. My cousin calls me saying, their were bugs in the bugs and my neice was bit. They were scratching and body was very itching. They immediately left the property to another hotel.

This room was reserved for two nights and only refunded one and presently a voucher for another night at that same hotel. That is unacceptable.  We have called corporate and they did nothing. A complete refund and thorough inspection of that hotel needs to be made. Also, I should have been reimburse for my troubles and buying for a different hotel. Nightly rate needs to be reduce. Wyndam needs to take their name off of the hotel and not represent it. That hotel is a disgrace and really needs to be out of business.

Either get an upgrade or tear it down.
