I ordered the no risk trials on the internet. The next day they called to verify my order, which I initially thought was nice of them. However, they took the opportunity to talk only with my wife, asked her if I had ordered something from Clean Whites and she said 'yes'. Now they claim that she authorized them to charge my credit card $49.95. They claim that the $49.95 is non-refundable because it is shipping. What?! To ship a box that weighs less than a pound. What a rip off!
