DBW THE GRANT EXPRESS I paid shipping and handling for free cd;did not authorize a $69.95 monthly charge. internet

I was searching for grant funds under the "Recovery Act of 2009" for a friend who has a business who has invented a way to recycle old tires. The internet site for DBW THE GRANT EXPRESS advertised a free cd with only a shipping and handling charge of $1.98. I gave my Chase credit card number in order to receive the cd. This was charged to me on 6/11. I was totally shocked when I saw a $69.95 charge on my Chase card statement received today July 23rd.

I called the phone number (866-315-3967) listed next to the charge. Apparently it is some place in Utah. The woman who answered the phone heard my complaint and then took my phone number. She said she was going to pull up the information and get back to me. She did not call back.

I googled "The Grant Express" which took me to a website called "Rip-Off Report" where I read several complaints the same as mine concerning this internet fraud. I did not authorize anaything except the $1.98.
