I purchased Adobe Creative Suite from DealerDeals Direct in 2013. All has been well until today when I suddenly found that Adobe have locked me out of my application, telling me on enquiry, that my software is pirated and the serial number is registered to someone else.
I am a seventy-one year old pensioner who only uses Indesign to edit a book for a friend. I have almost finished 4 years of work on the third and final book in a series for him, and now can't access my almost finished document which runs to 600 pages complete with as many photos.
I live chatted with Adobe but they more or less said, "Sorry! You have a pirated copy and we can't help you."
What recourse do I have I to remedy this situation?
