Dear Sir/ Madam:
I was deceived by Debt Settlement USA(DSUSA) into believing that DSUSA could negotiate with the creditors and debt collector(s) on my behalf. They charged me $199.70 for their services every month, but there were not any services to begin with. I was sued and was taken to court. DSUSA could not even help me then. They just kept on charging me. I am just very upset at the fact that DSUSA could not even stop the calls from the debt collector(s) in the beginning. I think that I deserve a refund from DSUSA for being dishonest and deceitful. I appreciate any help and/or advice from anyone.
