 I recently sent you my Depth Master 3000 to repair the watch that looses about 2hrs every other day. You told me to send the watch to you with insurance and also the need to be signed for. I sent the watch to you as you have suggested and it was delivered to you by the post person on 4/3/2017 and I have not heard a word from you. You also asked me to send a money order for $19.95 for shipping and handeling. Witch i did. Why have you not responded to my order. I contacted the NEW YORK TIMES and they want to do a story on your lack of service. But I told them I would hold off a little longer. If I don't hear from you very soon I will go forward with the story. Iam waiting
