Deep Blue watches are the worst purchase you wil make. I purchased a Deep Blue Automatic Master 2000 III and the bezel ring popped off of the watch. I contacted them via their email and explained the problem and asked for a price to fix it. Someone emailed me back and asked me to specify what the problem was. I re emailed them with the same description of problem.

Once again I got an email asking me what kind of watch, what model, what exactly was broken, where was it purchased. I could not believe these idiots would respond this way. This would be the third time I emailed them with the exact same description of the problem. I got a response asking me if the bezel had popped off, what color the bezel was and if I would mind sending a picture. I sent the picture and once again explained for the 4th time wat the problem was. I never heard from them again. I sent 5 follow up emails and got tired of waiting, and I gave up.

I complained about this lack of support and an inherent stupidity on the part of whom ever was responding to me, on watchuseek.com. Apparently the owners of Deep Blue were monitoring this forum and they responded to me that my emails wound up in their spam box and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. They asked if I would mind responding one more time with a description and pictures. I did exactly that. Never heard from them again. I emailed them at least 20 times to no avail. This company is without a doubt, run by incomepetent morons who care not a lick for a consumer who purchased their watches for good money.

The watches are made from other reputable companies movements, but the cases and bands, I suspect are made in China. They simply are the absolute worst I have ever tried to deal with, and I am giving you fair warning now...stay away. Their customer service record is atrocious at the least.
