The above named disgruntled contractor was given specific instructions to follow to receive pay. The end of the work week is on Sundays, and all delivery totals are to be issued in a report that is provided for him AKA (Fill Card ) , which is a simple excel file with a click and edit option to fill out each week.

If a report is not filled out in time, we DeliveryTeams. Net with usually authorize an extension to turn in delivery amounts and expenses for that week, if they lapse in that time, then their pay is issued the following week on Fridays. Friday is always payday.

Mr. Robert ( Bob ) Burke consistently would not turn in his time till the day before payday, and we had leniency on him up until this last week of work performed, which he has still not issued into our company as of today 6/29/2016 8:51 am PST. Mr. Robert ( Bob ) Burke then was held on pay to the following Friday for Payment due to his constant infraction on our companies payroll policy. He in turn did not like the aspect of his pay being held, and contacted one of our clients directly.

On April 22, 2016 9:33am Robert ( Bob ) Burke signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement & Non-Compete form that states very clearly that if he ever contacted one of our clients and tried to extort money from the clients, that his pay due would be held in Transition pending the outcome of the gravity and Repercussions of his act. If a client decides they want a refund due to the malicious acts committed, then the contractor assigned is fully liable for the Loss, and any and all Attorney Fees or Fines associated with Litigation.

On April 27, 2016 shortly before Mr. Robert ( Bob ) Burke posted this incorrect allegation, he physically walked into our clients location and Slandered & Defamed the character and trust the company had placed into our company, with a few additional outright lies, which he stated none of the clients advertisements were distributed at all, and that our tracking was false. Upon anyone's request that reads this, I have over 200 field pictures of the advertisements being distributed correctly, in the correct areas requested by the client, as well as tracking that is provided to us by Contractor Robert ( Bob ) Burke each day through a tracking program that records his distribution in real time.

This brings us to believe that the Contractor was either Lying to the client outright, or lying to us outright, and elevating his delivery totals, which is grounds for Termination and Loss of Pay, that he signed in his contract as well. This contract is available for anyone's viewing upon request.

Now to date of this writing. I was just notified by another one of our clients, that he is Harassing them, and they are looking to press charges against him. Mr. Robert ( Bob ) Burke is liable for all damages that he has caused, not to mention the Defamation of Character & Slander to 2 clients that were extremely happy with the services that we have provided them repeatedly in many states across the Nation. Our clients understand the gravity of the situation and are ready to prosecute if the need arises.

This whole fiasco could of been derailed from ever happening, if Mr. Burke was just able to obtain some form of organization skills, and performed the duty that he was Contracted for. Upon request of Mr. Robert Burke's Social Security number, so we could file his 1099 for his work performed, he declined to provide us with the information, so we have forwarded his information to the IRS for their Auditing Purposes. We are sorry to see Mr. Burke leave in this manner, because he was a wonderful worker, just lacked the Work Ethics needed to complete his contracts, not to mention the Aggressive Stance he has obtained in us trying to rectify the fiasco he has caused for himself.

We however place out a Warning to All Employers, Watch Out for Mr. Robert Burke, we fill that he is slightly mentally disturbed, as well as a contractor that likes to try and extort money from your clients. Do Not Hire Robert Burke, if you like your clients, and they like you !
