i purchased a dell computer back in april. i immediatly called and registered it the day i recieved it. less that 2 months later i started having problems with it i called tech support for dell and was told although they could see it was shipped to me it wasnt registered to me so they couldnt help me. well that went on for weeks of them cussing me calling me a con and hanging up on me. on the 14th r 15th of aug 2008 i finally got a hold of a superviser that actually came on line of my computer and corrected some of the problems i called back on the 18th and another person took over my computer and i watched and i told him not to deleate my info he said i no deleate you cookies well he completly cleared my computer i will spend weeks trying to reset all my bills and the 3 banks info i had and god knows he messed up and deleated everything save dto my computer and than say i tell you i fix it and it still freezes up and it still has all the other isssues. since i bougt it in april i have yet to speak to anyone that speaks or understands english i spend all my time repeating my self 15 times are asking them to repeat them selves i have been talking to india the phillipnes and god knows where but anyway everyone of the non english people i have had to talk to (18 ) today alone and no one can help me no one has a number to texas no one can transfer me to managment no one can let me talk to a english speaking person texas so i am told does not have a phone .

well i have also been in buissiness micheal dell and i never had to hide from my customers. i was also told there is no direct email to dell i tried sending one but it keeps saying that my info doesnt match i am entering the same info off my invoice i cant help if their non english speaking employees did not enter it right in their computer i am very much ready to box it up send it to texas and get an attorny to handle the rest. they said i cant return it because it has been more than 21 days if i had been able to talk to someone who could understand me are me them it wouldnt have been this long thank you dell i hope you loose a lot of buissiness and that other americans do not give you a chance to rip them off.

Dell Computers need to go out of business

Yes, we bought a Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop in Nov of 2007 for my niece's Christmas. We took it out of the box and the CD/DVD/R door was chipped we tried to charge it the computer would not come on it did nothing. I called Dell told them I wanted my money back I was told I could not have my money back but they would replace the computer with the exact same one as we bought.

Suppose to have been here 2 days nothing called Dell oh its on its way. 3 days went by nothing called Dell the guy told us it would be here the next week. Nothing called Dell the guy said oh you should have already had this computer I said I no but we don't he put me on hold came back to the phone told me that there was a problem with the order and someone would call be tomorrow about it. 2 weeks later we get a call from an actual American and older lady and she told me that the original computer I ordered I cannot get they are sending me out an upgrade with Windows Vista & a camera. I told her oh no this for a teenager there will not be a camera on the computer and I will not have Vista all it does is crashes this is why I came through Dell to have one with XP Professional. She told me well I am sorry but you are not getting it I said fine I will send it back she said you cannot and if you do you will be charged for a computer you don't own. I said what I have never heard of anything like this before in my life. She said you will get the computer in 2 days I said it better not have Vista or a camera on it or there will be hell to pay. The next day Dell calls me and its and young Lady American she told me that the original color we ordered we can no longer get and what other color would we like I said lime green she said ok. I asked her if this computer had Wins XP on it and no camera she said oh I don't no I am only doing the color you would have to call Customer Service. 2 days later we get the computer it has Vista and a camera I called Dell I told them I wanted to return the computer and I wanted my money back I was told we are sorry but Dell does not operate like this and I hope you enjoy your computer and the guy hung up. I was mad so I called lawyers in my area no would take the case. We all need to file a corporate complaint against Dell split the lawyers fees and sue the heck out of them. This is the biggest rip off ever. I even got a hold to BBB they have not heard anything from Dell. What is Michael Dell's problem he loves stealing from the innocent middle class who only wants the best for their children and Dell computers is suppose to be the best. So since we could not get anyone to help us we finally let my niece use the computer after a week the hard drive went out again called Dell Tech support had some from PC Laser Tech to come out to the house to fix the computer it worked for about a week and the hard drive went out again so I called Dell I was told by the Tech guy that we were tearing up the computer on purpose I said how in the hell can you tear it up when we go to start and shut down the computer we get the next morning and go to cut it on it does nothing why in the heck don't you build your computers right and not in half a_ _ way. I hung up on the guy I called back got a hold to someone else he told me he was sorry but the warranty had expired and there was nothing than can be done so I quit paying on the computer Dell Financial calls me every day the calls start at 7:30 or 8:00 am end at 9:00 pm est and mean we get 5-7 calls a day. So finally to get them the heck off my back I pd $116 and now they are after me and telling me that I am behind $56. I just paid this idiots $116 if I did not have a house mortgage I would declare bankruptcy and Dell would not get another dime from me. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DELL COMPUTERS BIGGEST RIP OFF IN THE WORLD and I wish I could find someone to help me get my money back and stuff the computer down Michael Dell's throat.

still waiting on dell

i sent a fax well actually 3r4 faxes to michael dell, ron garriques, don carty, michael cannol, and stephen schuckenbrock at a fax number provided by dells customer service they say dell corprate offices only have a fax machine no phones well that is a big lie im sure but i hope to either get an attorny from this site that reads theses are my on attorny to file against dell soon because i only had the piece of junk less than 4 months i hope to serve them before a year goes by that is why i send faxes every day now and call the no english speaking customer service people everyday to be able to show the court i tried real hard and real nice to get them to take responsability for their product and i intend to make them sorry that they hid from their customers.

Linds -Your comments that you post here on a regular basis are useless.you seem to think that Dell is NEVER to blame.That Dell is perfect.I submitted a report a couple of months ago regarding how long i have been a Dell customer and how much i have bought from Dell over the past couple of years.I WAS a very dedicated Dell customer until i i had to deal with those idiots at Dell Financial.Your comments to my post was"havent seen it happen quite like that" really ticked me off.Well For your information it did,EXACTLY like i said it did.You seem to doubt any comments posted here.So do me and everybody else on here and go away,you are not part of the solution.WE,the consumers are the solution for Dell and that is to not buy anything else from Dell and hope they go under.And at the rate they are pissing people off, it wont be long.

You are complaining about outsourced Dell employees and their accents? You obviously have only a slightly better grasp on the English language yourself. Two words..spell check. It's would be hard for any company to take these complaints seriously when they aren't legible.
