I was notified that my service contract on my Dell computer would expire 10-31-08. I called the number given to renew for another year. This time I was charged a sales tax. I was not charged one last year. Since this is a service, tax should not be charged. When I complained, I was told to call 1-800-433-9019, the tax dept. It does not exist. Every time I talk to some one there,I am given a different figure.
