Delta Airlines changed my flight to a date & time which I am unable to board.Delta Airlines will not compensate me for this change, furthermore they refuse to even give me a full refund. They are only offering me a partial refund for a change which they made. What happened to the days when you were inconvenienced and received a free fare?
Welcome to the new shady Delta Airlines.

Beware consumers you may purchase a product /service and have it legally taken away and not replaced!
Do Not Fly Delta Airlines ! Do Not Fly Delta Airlines!

Waht Happened to Those Days?

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 27, 2009
The days when an airline actually cared whether or not you flew economy are long gone - a victim of deregulation in the late '70's. They disappeared with transatlantic liners in cruise service, the 20th Century Limited, and the milk man who delivered. Customer Service with the exception of Southwest and Hawaiian is non-existant. Some airlines even outsource it to India or Pakistan or the Philippines where English is not the major language of the agents. If you are inconvenienced the airlines could care less. There are plenty of travellers to take your seat. Treat an airliner as a bus with wings and you will understand why you are recieving the "service" you are getting. With all respects to Delta it is no better or worse than the rest of the major airlines.

How much of a change did they make?

You also said they did not refund "full" amount of purchase. How much were they willing to credit or what did they offer?
