Delta Creations Joel We contacted Joel and attempted to have him create our web page Baton Rouge Louisiana

We made contact with Delta Creations early in October to have them create our web page.  After feeling comfrotable with "Joel" I decided to give him the work. On October 19th 2017 we paid him half of his fee of $1000.00 through Paypal. He started off strong. He sent me a questionier about what we were looking for and directed me to set-up page access through Go Daddy. I would say he had about half an hour of work into the assignment. On October 22nd he sent a email stating "he is making good progress on creating the site". I have emailed him since asking for an update with no response. Phone calls were made to his number he does not pick-up and his mailbox is full.  Luckily the payment made to him was through Paypal, which I made contact with, and it looks like he is not going to get the funds. I quirying his address his business appears to be running out of a post office box. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Also what is really weird and should have been a red flag--"Joel" does not put his last name on his emails. But, we did look up Delta Creations and his name is Joel Libre Hill and according to the state of louisianna his business is not in good standing.
