I really don't have too much to say, except that everyone and anyone should stay away from Russell Young, Delux Enterprises, Delux Executive Suites, Ethan Corporation. He and affiliates will rip you off and take advantage of you. Shady and beware!!!
He mislead me and breached my contract. I also know that he has been in trouble for sexual harassment.
Just be careful. Hopefully no one else has been victimized.

Her are the FACTS. This FALSE REPORT was filed against Delux Executive Suites by a company who is being investigated by the California Department of Justice.
The companies and individuals who wrote this have been in The Ripoff Report for years. Their names are Premier Capital, Fresh Start, Premier Asset & Wealth, Amanda Seminoff, Jason Denman, Bryan Stanfill, etc.
Like other VICTIMS, I trusted them - only to have them move out in the middle of the night owing my company thousands of dollars in rents past due and rents left on their contracts. I will show anyone the 3 Day Notices and Failure to Pay Notices. I have stacks of documents I have compiled from other VICTIMS and attorney's who have contacted me in search of this fraudulent group.
Fresno reporters confronted them at their offices in Dana Point after they had fled Fresno. Within days they had moved out! That's when they moved into my Executive Suites in Newport Beach.
When other SCAM VICTUM'S started to track them to my location - again they moved. The last address I have for them is at the Premier Executive Suites in Irvine. GOOD LUCK! FINDING THEM!
I guess anyone can file a report on the internet making wild and false accusations. I have the documents to prove my case.
If you know where they are? Please contact me at Delux Executive Suites - so I can file a lawsuit with everyone else.
