Hi Everyone: Ed and his staff at Ripoff Report worked very hard at reporting this traecherous horrible Scam: Anthony pleded Guilty, I am asking on behalf os all of us who were scammed if the Government can please step up and help us?

Many of us are being tretaed as defendants,some lawyers are complaining they have not been compensated, in many cases this was contingency and the lawyer I had,he contacted me.

Some of the entities involved are offering 2500 to walk away from the properties involved,or we can buy teh home backa much higher price than we origianlly paid.

We were scammed just like the banks,Anthony shared the proceeds aka 31 milllion dollasr with the straw people and also we paid rent,closing fees and now we are the bad guys.

Some lawyers are askiing we borrow money from a rich relative,we were in foreclsoure to begin with,so we are not credit worthy.

Can't we get a bail out ? The banks did. Barack Obama gave General Motors a second chance and look where they are now!
Instaed of treating us like criminals and dead beats,why not give us that second chance? We paid DeMarco and title companies ,I know we would all pay back our Government.

Please don't let the banks charge us all over again for the homes we put down payments on,don't ask us to accept 2500 for  homes we put down payments on and all the equity was stripped.

Why are we being treated like this? Is it becasue we are poor and we are not being looked at individuasl who were scammed and some think we got over?

We did not,we pais DeMarco,he kept everything: Investors have filed Bankruptcy and Foreclosures on these homes.
United states Government,all honest entities adn lawyers: Please don't allow this to happen: Please remember these are the homes we worked hard for,put down payments on them.

To offer us 2500 or to buy back our homes at an elevated price is so sad. We all want to ahve that opportunity to finish living 'The American Dream" Bail us out,we will pay our Government for sure.

Help is needed I am sick and stressed and I am sure all of us would like to get back our lives: Bailout needed so we can pay a mortgage again and not be sick worried unhappy and scared.

There have been reports from victims of this scam since it all began,so many have gone thru h**l:
Valerie,Kim,Angel,Mark,Amy families have been hurt,there have been suicides houses have been burglarized,homes have mold and 31 million dollars  was stolen from Foreclosure individuals:

These transcations as reported by Ripoff Report were performed at Title companies,loan officers and  in some instances the notaries from the Title companies bought the foreclosure individuals to the closings,the notaries were involved made phone calls for DeMarco,conferenced us on 3 way calls to DeMarco and his cohorts.

These notaries knew thet the Hud docs were fraudulent: The Hud docs had all fraudulent numbers :Example cash to seller:180,000 ,some of us received nothing: Amy was told she was doing a refinance,her home was sold ,not refinanced and I don't believe Amy received a cash out.

Kim another individual and survivor of Thyroid cancer,paid DeMarco a fee,was told by Anthony they were setting aside funds for her children and one day the sherriff came to evict her.

"DeMarco Pleads guilty "all over the newspapers ,31 million dollars stole from homeowners,Temporary injunction placed on homes,mediation in some cases still going on.

The banks,The lawyers, The Mortgage Comapnies all look down on us now: We are lucky to still be in the homes,we should have saved money,we are not credit worthy.

We were scammed just as the banks and Mortgage companies involved.

The investors/straw people involved in the scam were paid a fee for each home they pretended to buy: Some of these straw buyers worked for DeMarco and held high positions in the company.

We paid rent, the cash to seller on each transcation went to DeMarco,REI real estate.

The checks I paid went to DeMarco,Rei real estate, on the back of the cancelled checks were 2 or three diffferent account numbers.

This is disgraceful!! How can this be called Justice?? Investors gain a profit,title comapnies are allowed to commit fraud,all the TILA, and Respa get thrown out the window and we ,who were in foreclsoure to begin with,"as our lawyers repeatedly remind us"  get nothing??
I would think once a defendant pleads guilty,that these big Title Comapnies owned by "reputable "
individuals would have some type of insurance to cover all this" fraud"?

Is this justice? Ocwen,llc can offer 2500 for a home that not only was rent paid, a 30% down payment was put down on this home. Demarco,Real estate investors kept 150,000  and I should go with 2500 or borrow money and I can possibly buy back for 278,000.
The amount owed on home was 172,000: This is fair,this is how our Justice System works???

Strange thing: The lawyer I" had,"who is no longer my lawyer : He contacted me,advised me there was going to be a" Big Whistle Blower Case" against Demarco,REI: All I had to do was speak on behalf of Saul Freedman,the loan officer who bought me to the "infamous Title company" I spoke on Sauls behalf to the Wage and hour bureau,I wrote a statement fo Saul and guess what?

Saul will not even speak to me on the phone,he hung up on me and Saul was one of the first and I believe the only who was compensated by DeMarco,Rei.

There has not been Justice served and I know many decent lawyers are out ther fighting for their clients: I am asking our Government and Justice system to plese get us some help,this scam went much farther than Anthony DeMarco and 3 cohorts.
Don't let the remainder of the white collar criminals get away with it because they be Reputable individuals who own Title companies.

I am trying to be as evasive as I can,however with  the  power of the First Amendment and Ripoff Report,I can speak as freely as I wish.
There should be compensation for the 120 who were scammed also: We should not be ridiculed and pushed aside by the banks just because Anthony and all his accoplices spent or hid the money.

We just want to whole again: An attorney told me :we can never be whole again: What i she talking about?? He ownsa boat,a big home. He is already quite whole. 

The homes were stripped of equity, the investors were paid. The houses were paid off at closing.

There has to be insurance on Fraud of this magnitude.

We all know Anthony DeMarco pleaded Guilty last week and the other three slugs, this was a white collar crime,there were notaries invoved,Title companies,lawyers, of course straw buyers.

What took place was horrible for some but not bad at all for others: We,the foreclosure victims have been labeled as lucky.should have saved money,were in Foreclosure to begin with, and most banks right from the start of the Temporary injunction did not want to help us.

Their belief was,since many of the straw buyers not only were paid for using their credit many of the straw people took out loans on the homes.

The banks want to punish us for this? Getting back to us Anthony DeMarco and his real estate investors not only charged us rent,they kept the proceed from each and every sale,120 in all.

Many Foreclsoure individuals received nothing.

DeMarco Real Estate Investors took out the biggest loan they could get on each property,most likely elevated appraisals ,which took place at various Title companies/

A payoff on a home would be 200,00,Demarco would get a loan for 365,000 after all fees to brokers,insurance,deeds etc 150,000 would be left on loan.

The Hud doc reads cash to seller 150,000 which was us aka the seller, insteas Demarco kept the proceeds,saying he would hold reserves for you,take a fee and in 1 year he would refinance you at a lower rate and you could be back in your home within 1 year with improved credit initiated ny Nu-Credit AKA non-existent.

Demarco lied about the rents ,when Saul and Eric came to my home I was told 1800,whic was a lot,at closing at a title company in Moorestown ,the rent escalated to 2900. I was not going to sign but was told I would receive a larger cash out to compensate and the taxes had escalated in union City.

My cash out was suppose to be 34,000,I received 17,000,paid 2900 for 5 or 6 months. I asked DeMarco about reserves and was advised could not give had to pay loan officer a large compensation and was setting aside a down payment.I was more fortuante than others,Amy and Kim were bought to the Title Companies and told it was a refinance and received no proceeds and others were just evicted.

Now if the banks want to be compensated which I am sure they will be,since DeMarco and Slime pleaded guilty,isn't their insuarance for all this fraud?

I maen it took place at Title Companies!! Is it fair that we" Lucky Individuals" are offered 2500 or we can buy back the homes at almost double the price??

Should we really be treated this way due to this "Big Scam" Attorneys,who were suppose to be represnting us compalined they did not get paid: Yet the attorney in my situation contacted me and said "Contingency Basis"
We were ripped off on everthing: Title fees were over and above, which we paid for. Rents were double the mortgage and the "icing on the cake"   the proceeds from all these sales went to DeMarco.

These reputable notaries and title agents could not figure this out? 

In reality the straw people did allright: They were paid for lying,than some received loans,than when DeMarco stops paying the mortgage if he ever paid one,the strw buyer gets to file Bankruptcy,Foreclosure and he is" good to go"!!!!

Now back to us the "Lucky ones " : Someone buys our home and charges us rent,they set up a reserve account and have 150,000 from the sale of your home.

You pay this large rent ,you have reserves and in 1 year you are going to get a refi at a lower rate.
This would have been okay,but everything was kept. 

We were Frauded and Scammed just like the banks and everyone else and everything was taken,rent,equity,.

Where is some help for us?? How is this fair?? Those 3000 to 4000 dollar rent swere suppose to be an ecsrow account and since we were scammed this way,why are we being treated like criminals?

Where are you? All of you investigators from Hud and FHA? Why did all this money and fraudulent activity go on at Title Companies? I don't get it we are being traeted like dirt.

I have contact with some of DeMarcos victims and I am good friens with her, her husband suffered a heart attack at 38 years old,the day after DeMarco did not show up at court.

He is alive but out of work.

Don't you think I would have kept that 17,000 instead of giving it to DeMarco,Real Estate Investors?

I was working part time and paying 2900 a month rent,plus all the upkeep on the home,at least I would not have gave everything to DeMarco,real Esate Investors.

There was no trial for us,there are criminals who are still at lodge. 31 million dollars was scammed from 120 homeowners: Suicides,Deaths, Homes vandalized and we are offered 2500 or buy back your home and get the loan from a rich relative: We,the Banks just want more and more and more!!

So as I have a big knot in the pit of my stomach,because at 59,my American Dream has turned into my Worst Nightmare; I can only appreciate and Thank Ed Magedson and his Staff, without this site where would we be???

Today is Sunday,March 25 2012: DeMarco pleaded guilty,as many newspapers reported DeMarco scammed 31 million dollars from used to be homeowners,read the ripof reports,there were many participants who were paid off by DeMarco and were investors as well. Biana Tsepenyuk was a prime investor and Is the former Mrs. DeMarco,she is now all over Philadelpia as the" Philly Fashionistata."

Quite Amazing,DeMarco and his slime get all our equity,straw people get paid off and we get offered 2500 but we can buy back the homes if we like for double the price,and since you are not credit worthy maybe a rich relative can help you out?!

This is Justice? Title comapanies who particiaped are also getting away with there part in the scam simply because they are owned by "reputable individuals" I'll leave it at that. Kristen,a notary at this title company picked up some of the foreclosure individuals and bought them to the title company,this title comapany has changed their name to Land Transfer.

This is not Justice!!!! What about Saul who sent a checj of 255,000 to Demarco to pay off his mortgage and DeMarco purchased A Bentley??
Where is justice for all of us: This is how our Government operates? Why are we being treated this way? We are not credit wortyh because we were in financial Hardship to begin with: A bunch of white collar criminals take 31 million dollars collect rent and nothing can be offered for us.

We did pay rent over and above oor mortages; Mr. Demarco,the biggest slug,was holding reserves for us aka proceeds from the sale of our homes: He kept it.  we would have been better off selling the homes tahn with the proceeds we could have purchased a new home.

"Lawyers" supposedly representing us talk down on us: Reminding us we did not pay rent after DeMarco took rents of 3000 and more and than kept all the equity.

Documents from Ocwen don't even have to have the correct information.Why no HAMP type help for us? What happened to helping individuals who were stripped of everything when they were only trying to "Save the American Dream" which has now turned into our "worst Nightmare"???

As a matter of fact,the laws of TILA and RESPA are not applicable  for these title companies: As the story goes it depends upon "who you are and who you know".  So now the banks just want to make more money,sell back the homes to the" lucky use to be homeowners " or we can have 2500.

On March 21st 2012 Justice was partially served when the third cockroach in this scheme pleaded guilty. But what does that mean to us? Some of us have had their homes pillaged and looted, and what does the bank say....."you don't think we are going to pay for the repairs are you?" Every day since March 8, I wake up with a pain in the pit of my stomach. I actually dread the day since I don't know what surprises from Ocwen or their attorneys will be coming in the mail.

This really Sucks!!

Anthony DeMarco and 3 other slugs pleaded guilty to Money laundering,Fraud,Conspiracy 15 counts in all DeMarco and the slugs sentencing will be June 21,2012. Total amount scammed from Homeowners and Banks 31 million dollars.
The article states  all equity was stolen from Homeowners,however lawyers and banks don't see it that way: The banks and some of the lawyers consider us lucky because after Demarco and the straw people were paid off,kept all our equity,collected rents,we the homeowners that were just scammed didn't have to pay rent.

We did pay rent and the proceeds from the sales of our  homes was kept and divided among Demarco,his 3 main slugs and the straw buyers.

How could we pay rent, if Demarco kept everything and if any cash back was given Anthony took it back. The rent he charged me was 2900, he took back the 17,000 cash out he gave.

Lets put this into Perspective: You sell your house to an investor, he sets up a "reserve account" for you,charges you rent 1000's of dollars over your reserves,when you ask for reserves from the sale of the home ,DeMarco tells you no longer available ,he had to pay loan officer and other lies.

So now not only did we pay rent for homes taht belonged to us,the proceeds went to the straw people and DeMarco,Real Estate investors.

Many say we should have saved a lot of money,we were not paying a mortgage ,and as Ocwen and many of the banks are saying"We were in foreclosure to begin with***

Yes this is correct, and we had lost jobs,or change in income, illness in family, so some white collar criminal not only takes rent from struggling homeowner he keeps the proceed sfrom our homes.

If  the lease buy back was done properly none of us would be in these predicaments: Think about it 150,000 profit just from the sale of my home,if DeMarco charged a rent of 1000 dollars and gave each of us 50,000 he would have still gained and we would have been back on our feet.

This would have been like a refinance.

Now,The homeowners are being treated as defendants,we are being offered 2500 or an opportunity to buy back our homes well over what was origianlly owed.

Quite an insult after we put down payments on these homes and a bunch of white collar low life slugs can get awy with taking awy our homes!!!

A lot of  lawyers "also Suck" they lie especially when they need you to testify on behalf of one of their other clients,once this is done,they put you to the side aka " not returning calls".

The good lawyers are far and in between like finding" Gold"  in the DeMarco scam I know of one good female lawyer. I lost out,but her clients may do allright.

So I ask U.S. Government: You really think justice was served for us?? 2500 or buy back your home for 100,000 more than you paid?

Do you really think we are lucky? When you get the opportunity read the Philadelphia Inquirer 31 milllion dollars stolen from homeowners and banks.

One last thing: The original mortgages were paid off on thes homes: The new mortgage  comapny was defrauded. Tbw the entity holding my mortgage was shut down,and I am sure these entities have insurance for this type of crime.

home,investors get paid for particiapting in the crime, all the crimainals share in the proceeds from our homes and we can take 2500 or buy back our home.

First I am so very sorry for what you are going through: What would we do without Ed and Ripoff Report? I have already sent my attorney a "Good bye letter" the basic Thank you but no thank you**
I have written to congress,the justice department. Why this is happening is beyond me!! To date I ahve received no response. I will wait and write again. I am shocked this is going on,Anthony and his slugs managed to get all the way to Indiana.

I am hoping Chase offers you a lot more than what I was offered. I thought we were all going to get help,I have lost confidence in our Justice System. A lot of the individuals involved in the scam in New Jeresy are quite prominent I fear this is why it is being "pushed under the carpet ".  The attorneys are arrogant,crooked,and rude.
They think we are dumb. I will keep writing and writing ,I feel as though I am taking advantage of Ed and his staff.

This is all about money: The banks and mortgage companies were paid at closing,the banks that gave the loans were scammed along with us but I am sure they are insured!!
Noone is taking into considertion the closing fees,the rents, and most of all the equity stripping that was done.

First of all, please make sure you are aware that you do not have to accept either offer from the bank. You have the option of filing suit against the bank. I will say this, at least you have gotten to the mediation process. We are still sitting here with Chase Bank flying in the wind like today's laundry!
I would say this to you, in my opinion, the lawyer representing you isn't doing their job. To not council you on your options other than taking the pay off or finding a rich relative, they should have brought to your attention that you have been victimized and you have more than the right to compensation. You also have the right to appeal the mediation as according to court documents, the mediation is not binding. Best of luck, keep up the fight!

Good Morning; This is Amy one of the 120 that was scammed by DeMarco,Amy's situation very similar to mine,equity stolen,home stripped of equity,fraudulent paper work,etc.This being stated the mediation took place for my home Friday,March 8,2012,I did not get to particiapate in the mediation though,my attorney called me back after it was over. This is what Ocwen is offering,2,500 to walk away from the home or find a rich realtive that will lend you money to buy back your home. I was also advised that in July 2011,Ocwen did a credit report on me and I was not credit worthy.
I have been lied to,It is a disgrace that this is what is offered after you put the origianl down payment on the house,the pay off on my home was 172,000 ,the loan obtained was 365,000,the cash to seller was 150,000 after all closing fees to attorneys, fee to Mortgage broker Global Mortgage,fee to TBW which was shut down by the FTC.

Rent of 2900 paid to DeMarco,REI real estate investors and I am offered 2,500 I am losing sleep and getting very sick over this, I thought the Government was trying to help and they are allowing this fraud to go on. I may be some poor unfortunate who experienced some financial hardships but as an American I have rights just like these banks and fancy lawyers, I have documentation and cancelled checks and I will go to the White House court house steps with every document I have.

I am hoping that the other 119 home owners were offered something better than this. Why is our Justice system alllowing this to happen. Banks and mortgage comapnies have insurance for this fraud and we are  offered 2500 or we can buy back the properties???

Amy was hoping to get 40,000 to get back her life instead Amy like all of us was who were scammed by DeMarco is hoping the Government can help us get back our homes. while  Biana the Fashionista of Philadelphia lives a lavish lifestyle with proceeds from her involvement in the scam ,Donna with her fancy art collection and homes ,Tripper ,Matt,Buzz and yes some of the straw buyers are living a stress free life with the monies they received from scamming us.

For the banks and mortgage comapnies involved "please understand many of us gave Demarco rei large rents though we were promised an escrow account was being set aside it never happened instead everyone involved Title companies,some straw buyers all got a pay off and now we are left with homes that are now owned by the straw buyers. some of the individuals scammed by DeMarco received nothi money at all paid rent and were evicted.

There has been many tragedies throughout our country,floods,hurricaines and the financial meltdown die to slugs like Demarco makes the Government jobs much harder. I am just asking for a hardship loan so we can get back our homes.
we do not deserve to lose these homes because of criminals such as Anthony,Biana,Donna,Tripper and the rest of the slugs.

Anyone who can help us achieve a bailout loan so we can go with our lives ,this would be most helpful. We gave money to Anthomy Demarco and the slugs,Anthony is behind bars but there are still slugs lurking aka Biana,Donna,Tripper and many strw buyers also made out on this scam.

Banks,Mortgage comapnies once again Garden State land & Title may have information regarding the money involved,this is where many of the closings took place and we also paid large fees to Garden State Land & Title company.

I would like to take he time to thank Ed Magedson and Rip-off for exposing this scam and helping the Fbi and thE U.S. Government put away Anthony Demarco the chief slug along with 3 other slugs.

A great service was done by The Fbi,The United States Government and last but certainly not least Ed Magedson and the awesome staff at Rip Off Report. We are so grateful justice was served but now we are going to need a Hardship Loan so we can pay a mortgage once we get back Title to our homes.

The complicated and sad thruth is that all of the individuals who are involved in this Scam were in financial hardship when this scam started,Demarco and his slugs kept our equity along with charging us rent in some instances double our mortgage.

It is most important that the banks undersatnd our money was stolen,the mortgages acquired on the homes were also double of what we originally owed. This is why we need a loan so we can pay the Government back and become whole again.

The straw buyers though some truly wanted to help the forecloure victims,some of them acquired loans on our homes and also received rents , this is what must be condidered. Many of the banks and Mortgage companies involved are now closed by the government ,TBW,Indymac,FSB, and others. We deserve assistance so we do not lose these homes.

I am pleding to Hud,the Fha do not let our homes be sold,a second chance is what we deserve,our money was stolen,our equity was stripped ,we would definitely pay back the Government.We are not rich like banks,but we paid Demarco back and it was our equity that he kept and money that he stole : Banks help us get back our homes,we will pay back the loan ,please we do not want to lose these homes.

The FBI,along with Ripoff Report and the U.S. Government served justice for all scammed by DeMarco,Rei and his slugs. This is a great relef however some of the banks involved are not willing to help the foreclsoure victims,their point being we had no fmoney for a mortgage from the start.

I am stressing this once again,we gave Demarco,Rei money to stay in our homes in addition all the proceeds and any equity also was forfeited to DeMarco and slugs,many of the investores aka strawbuyers were compensated with the proceeds. This is very similar to "being robbed." There are title companies who should be held responsible since all the money transactions took place at Garden State Land & Title and Search Engine to name a few.Why can't we get back some of the proceeds thatt was stolen from us.

Many of the investors received 10,000 for each transaction (sale) they were involved in it makes no sense that we in foreclosure should lose. "Please banks,Justice Department and Title companies try and look at this from our side ,we were trying to get out of Foreclosure instead DeMarco and many of the strawbuyers made money and we are left wth the homes in forecloure anyway and all equity has been stripped.

To All that have been scammed by DeMarco or OPM.  The FBI and the Attorney General is involved in this case.  They have now put a freeze on selling of the homes, including mine.  You should all call the District Attorneys office in PA.  They went to court on 2/2/2011 to keep the stop of selling inforce.  My understanding at this point is they are going to be speaking to the people that on paper still own our homes.  Then with the mortgage companies to try to work things out with us.  The more we write and call the more they can help us.

As Anthony DeMarcos' criminal trial approaches,the fate of the Foreclsoure individuls is getting closer.  The banks are over looking the fact that title companies such as Search Engine,Garden State land and Title gave closing proceeds to DeMarco and the Slugs,rent was paid to DeMarco and many of the investors aka "Straw buyers".Some foreclsoure individuals lost more than others namely Mr.Saul and his wife, after a law suit was settled Mr.Saul  wired a payment to Demarco to get his  property back instead Anthony Demarco purchased a Ferrari for 242,000 !!! Unbelievable as this sounds this is Fact.

For Amy,Valerie,Angel,Mark,Carlyn,David,Kim these are just a handful scammed by DeMarco the banks do not want to recognize our equity and homes were stolen,we were charged all kinds of closing fees,enourmous rents, our equity was stolen. What about these facts being considered. If some of the Straw buyers received additional funds than why should we suffer??

Amy was trying to better her childrens life and save her home, Valerie survived cancer and was drowning in medical bills ,Demarco not only stole her home ,he charged her a fee and Amy recived nothing the closing took palce at none other than the infamous Garden State Land & Title Company. All of us were experiencing hardships and DeMarco just knocked us down even more.

Banks I am asking on behalf of all us: Please our equity was stolen,DeMarco and many of the straw buyers not only received payment but also borrowed money against our homes. We paid De Marco thousands of dollars ,we don't deserve to lose and become homeless.

So Mr. Bank please consult with these Title Companies they know where the money went,the money need to be found so we do not lose our homes andit was stolen from us. It is most upsetting when I read news articles that the banks do not want to consider helping the Foreclosure individuals since we were in Foreclosure to begin with and how would we be able to apy a mortgage now?? Do the banks comprehend what happened?! we not only paid DeMarco,REI but they also kept the proceeds from the closings.

As you can read from Amy's scenario,Amy did not get any thing and her investor was also scammed.  It is my understanding that some of the Straw buyers received large sums of money while others were trying to help and now have ruined credit.

It is not fair that these investors who are now rich should be getting away with stealing and ruining the lives of individuals who were trying to keep their homes. 31 Million dollars,120 homes,how sad and horrible this scam is.

I am just asking for some justice so we don't lose our dignity and our homes.The FBI ,The Banking Commission we are all so grateful that DeMarco was found now we need a plan to get us back our homes.

My point is the forecloure victims are in the worse predicament now,the fact taht we paid rent andthe equity was stripped does not seem to matter.What is needed is for Hud,banks and all the Government agencies to come together;since our money was stolen a Government loan for foreclsoure individuals so we could possibly refinance and get back our homes.

Amy,Anthony Demarco and his partners in crime have made things miserable for so many of us, I have contacted the FBI,the attorney General,the prosecutor,it is hard to trust anyone ,you don't know who the" Good Guys " are if there are any!!

The only Good Guy for me has been Ed Magedson and Rip Off Report,I do not know what is going to happen next.The investor in my so called Foreclosure rescue is now broke and they are ready to take the home that i  worked 30 years for.Demarco not only charged a rent of 2900 but also kept 130,000 which was the proceeds from the sale of my home.

I do not want to become homeless ,I do not want to lose this home.The question is will there be Help for all of us Scammed by Anthony DeMarco ,I have  been pleading on behalf of us all.We are the little guys who were in Foreclosure to begin with,but there should be a Plan to help us.I have mentioned and I hope not in vain that many of us are in danger of becoming homeless and the Government agencies such as Hud and the Fha should step in.

If you are reading this and Demarco and his Slugs ripped you off,write on rip off and call the Fbi,the prosecutor.We have to get these criminals.

 

I hope someone is raeding thsi and can help us,it is not just me reporting,there is Amy,Kim,Angel,Valerie,David.There are banks and title comapnies,where did all the proceeds go.

Anthony started his scam in late 2007,it is now 2010 and we are all tumbling down to a Finacial Tragedy.Do not let Demarco Rei get away with this.

Demarco Rei is not just Anthony Demarco,I am making this clear because there were title companies,mortgage lenders,and banks that were involved in this scam.

The clients of DeMarco Rei were obviously in foreclsoure and broke.Demarco rei promised credit repair,a refinance in 1 year,and reserves were being set aside for unexpected hardships,I was advised that 43,000 was being set aside for a down payment besides the 6 months of reserves.There were most likely similar promises made to all but we all know where we stand and what really took place.

This is where it gets complicated:Taylor Bean & Whittaker the mortgage lender on my closing docs has been shut down by the FHA,Indymac Bank a mortgage banker that also dealt with Demarco has had major problems,Flagstar Bank  is being sued by one of Demarcos victims and the list goes on and on!!

I believe the banks,mortgage companies and title comapnies should have to pay ,they were involved in the Scam and are just as guilty as DeMarco,REI.Anthony DeMarco was the actor who came to "RESCUE" and SAVE OUR HOMES.

There has to be a law that can help us get our homes back,if the Government bailed out Gmac,why not bail out victims of DeMarco?The Government could give us a loan with low interset rate with this we could refinance our homes and get back on our feet,we would be paying back the loan and also fixing our credit.

Demarco and all his affiliates should have to pay a large fine for what they did,there are employees,investors, distressed homeowners all in a Financial Disaster because of this scam.

Last but not least many of Demarcos victims including former employees had the opportunity to voice how they were burned by DeMarco,this is because we live in America where there are consumers advocates aka Ed Magedson give us this opportunity AKA Freedom of Speech****

I have read your report I have gone through an ordeal much like yours,some of the 'CHARACTERS"  names are  different ,but the scam has put us all in this very awful position.

You are so right,but you should also contact the FBI,the Attorney General, I like all of DeMarcos clients (victims) was sold a scenario of reserves for emergencies,repaired credit and a very low rate to refinace within  1 year,instead my payment escalated from 2052 to 2900. I never got to use my reserves and I am in the same situation as you and many others.

I am so afraid and concerned for all of us,we were all obviously in finanacial distress and now we are worse off than ever,I am repeating myself but can Hud and the Fha propose some kind of plan to bail us out?

We deserve to get an opportunity to get our homes back.We want to try and save Our American Dream not lose it to racketeering and Corrupt Scam artist.

I can't stress enough how very helpful Ed Magedson and Ripoff report has helped me and other individuals,in these awful times A CONSUMER ADVOCATE such as ED is so very needed and appreciated.

Amy ,we all need some restitution so we can get our homes back and start paying a mortgage again,I am hoping the Government can propose a bailout for us ,we were scammed ,our equity was stolen , we need help.It is so unfair what Demarco Rei along with their accomplices ,loan officers, title companies have done to us.Please Help us we just want what was promised ,we do not want to become homeless.
