Dennis Fitzsimmons (Bly, St John) is a scammer. I found him via his Craigslist ad to make $450 for a few hours worth of work. He provided what he called "proof". Said proof being, an Instagram page under the name WECANEARN, and then more proof provided once he adds you on kik under the kik name: stipend aggregator. Once he starts communicating with you, he explains this system involving vouchers and prepaid cards. Then goes on to offer proof. Said proof comes in the form of his loggin page on fiserv, his linkedin account, and various testimonials from other people he has worked with. Firstly, the testimonials are in no way verifiable. Anyone familair with the website fiverr can tell you that people offering fake testimonials for five dollars are a dime a dozen. Also, the testimonials on Instagram can easily be faked, seeing as how you can make multiple accounts. He mentions putting 130 dollars on one of the prepaid card he wants you to get as " escrow" to make sure YOU don't rip HIM off. Then explains some bogus explanation about how 15% of these vouchers that casinos and curises have go unused and he can use it to make both you and him money. Long story short, none of its true. I did some research on it as he was talking to me and found four rippof reports on this site alone about him, not even including the scam alerts people post about him on Craigslist. From what I have found, he's been doing this since at least 2014. When it came to the point that he asked me if I had any questions for him, I asked him about the rippoff reports. Not accusing or anything, just asking if there was any reading for these people to lie and post them to dicredit him. And told him before I committed to anything that I would be calling fiserv in the morning to verify his employment with them. Upon mentioning this to him, he went strangley silent and has refused to get back to me. Also, if you do research into fiserv, you'll find they do nothing with prepaid credit cards or vouchers. They deal with only online bill payment and (ironically enough) fraug reports. Long story short, don't trust him, and don't fall for it. A lot of people didn't take the time I did to do my own research and jump into it because of the slight time limit he puts on it (saying he has other people lined up to do it). This guy is a grad A scammer, and has duped numerous people.
