DeNosha Prince works at BNO Harris Bank. She closed our account based on "risk" although there was nothing to show it was any risk.
While my daugher and i were sitting at the bank and the bank manager was closing the account, the bank manager had Ms. Prince on speaker going over the closing procedure.
Ms. Prince did not realize that she was on speaker and stated that "white people think they can get away with anything. They are NOT keeping this account, I don't care what they have to show"
We were shocked and the bank manager picked up the line quickly but we had already heard.
We had proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that our account was not a risk, but then it all became clear.
THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR MUST STOP on all sides.
Banking is a serious business and should not be handled on the whims of anyone's racisit attitudes, black, white or otherwise.
STAY AWAY from BNO Harris.
