This product is a scam and doing business with this company is bad on several fronts.

For starters, the product does not work.  Regardless of what the ad video shows, it simply does not work as advertised.  It seems to have some moisturizing value, but as for wrinkle removing, etc., it is worthless.  That would be enough to avoid this company, but the real danger lies in the fine print.  First of all, there is a 15-day trial period.  In that time, if you fail to return the product you are charged the full $100 for the product.  In fairness, and so as to be as transparent in this review as I possibly can, I will admit that I missed this little land mine when I placed the order, and as such I was stuck with the bill, although after arguing with the customer service people I was given a 30% refund (still our $70 for a worthless product).

Which brings me to the other challenge of this product; the customer service people.  I use this term loosely because the people are far from helpful, indeed they are not even employees of the face cream company.  They are a third-party call center that actually services many companies and talking to them is like trying to speak rationally to a bill collector.  It took multiple calls (including being hung-up on), to multiple wrong numbers and then multiple emails before we finally reached a manager.  Unfortunately, as it turned out, that particular manager didn’t seem to understand the company very well either because she gave us incorrect information.  The parting sentiment was that the manufacturer has zero contact with its customers, and the call center has zero skin in the game so they are completely ruthless to customer complaints.

In summary, this product does not work, and if you give the company your credit card information to try it for yourself, you are likely to end up in a battle to reverse charges.  Do yourself a favor and stay away from these charlatans.  Go to Walgreen instead.
