DermEssence Billed after cancelling on phone, 14 days later Albany Georgia

I saw an add on facebook for the antiaging cream. I watched the video that was supposedly done on Shark Tank, and decided to try the free offer. This was on January 31, 2017.

I only wanted the eye cream, however, I could not go forward with the trial offer, until I said I wanted the other 3 items. I figured it was only $13, and I could cancel the automatic shipments.

I called the number on the website, after 2 days, because I just knew that for some reason, I would end up having to pay $94 a month for something I could not afford. The automated service claimed that my phone number was associated with the order, and the automatic shipment was cancelled.

I was billed on my bank account for the $94 two days ago. I called the customer service number that was listed on the website, and was told, they could not find my account. I had to give them my name, my address, my phone number, the order number and part of my credit card number that was used. They still could not find my order, so the gentleman, gave me a email address to the billing department, and told me to email them.

I did that, and then was told today, that the product I was billed for, did not come from them.

I am frustrated, and upset and I don't know what to do. I was ripped off, and whats worse, the cream does NOT work at all.
