The fact of the matter is that this Drop Zone (DZ) is a drug den going back to 1995...at least. I learned to jump here and if you don't mind a meth head on your back doing a tandem or a tweaker keeping your AFF going right, then this is your place. But take it from someone who knows, you want to avoid it.
those that I learned to jump with that have not died jumping, have died from met addictions picked up at this DZ.
Choose Skydive Arizona or other DZ if you want to avoid the drug culture.

To the report of this business being a "drug den" this information is out of date. The instructors and staff here are all clean people. The most you will see is some beer being drank at the end of the day when all jumping has stopped. I have done a tandem at this location and at Skydive Arizona in Eloy. I find the Desert Skydiving Center was a lot more friendly and spent time with each student to make sure they understood the entire process of the jump and all safety features. At Skydive Arizona it felt like I was being herded like cattle. It was the friendly environment at Desert Skydiving Center that made me come back and start the student program. Please if you are going to post information can it be from recent years and not 10 years ago.
