Destination XL Casual Male, Rochester, Whatever name they are going by now. Charged wrong account, denied, extremely rude after and accusatory, and only sent one order instead of the two I was trying to place. Nationwide Nationwide

1st of all this store in general is a rip off, selling made-in-China clothes at huge markups to people who dont have a lot of options. Today took the cake though. 

Tried to place two orders, and after playing an hour long game of try the coupon to see which one worked, and gave me the best price on my oversized and overpriced clothes it looks like only one order got processed. Then they charged the wrong account and actually overdrafted my bank. 

They actually have a bug on their website that always defaults paypal to charge your default method when it should charge the method you select. I spent an hour trying to illustrate the problem to them to only be met with disdain and being told that I am wrong. 

No solutions offered, just delay and being passed from person to person with no resolution even being offered. 

Long story short, horrible company, makes mistake and acts like it my fault. And their clothes are subpar for the huge price tag. Good luck guys, but youve taken (without my permission) my last dollar.
