Destosup, Inc (?) Alex Thompson Juice Beauty Destosup, Inc Somehow got my info and card number, charged me shipping then $105 a month later Newark Delaware

I was billed on 12/31/17 by CRVITTO*CUTTOFANTI for $3.96 and $0.99 for something I didn't order. The phone number on the charge was 855-841-1888 so I called it a few days later to find out why they charged me and what for. They said I authorized the payment, had me on a recording authorizing the transaction but would not send me the recording. "John Moulder" or "Molder" said I should be getting the product anyday, he would send out a RA# and I could send it back. I asked him what product should I be looking for and he couldn't tell me. I told him to cancel whatever it was, he said he was still sending out the RA#.

I never received any product so I couldn't return anything - I was digging through our mail to find anything. So, on 2/20/2018 I got charged for $105, again I called the phone number and got the same run around - this time though, on the charge, it had JUICE BEAUTY 877-862-9840, both phone numbers go to the same place. They offered me 40% of my money back since I hadn't returned any product, I told him I never received any product, to which he replied, "Sir, it is not my problem you were not able to return the product to us, that is all I can offer is 40% return" - in his best "American" (Indian, Pakistani) accent. He said he would put the money in my account and would request for me the 100%. Neither showed up in my account.

Today, 2/26/2018, I called again, got a lady on the phone, trying to be polite I restated the reason for my call and that I needed to speak with her supervisor, manager, owner, someone. She put "Alex Thompson" on the phone, doubt it was his real name again, Pakistani/Indian. He told me basically the same thing - first he offered me the 40% and I told him 100% including the shipping/handling. He offered me 70% - trying to be cordial, I told him I would accept the 70% but it had to be back in my account within 24 hours or I would be calling back tomorrow. I also told him I'll contact federal authorities and asked him again if he would send me a copy of the voice recording of me authorizing the transaction and/or any paperwork I signed authorizing the transaction.

I doubt anything will happen be tomorrow. We'll see.
