 My name is Phil L

In 2010, I entered into an investment relationship with Dejuan Lavae Mcclinnahan for the promotion of a new recording artist and the completion of Diamond Music Group's "The Lions Den Recording Lounge" in Las Vegas, Nevada. Contracts were drawn up and signed for both of these projects with me and my wife providing an initial investment of $20,000 paid to Diamond Music Group between the dates of 8/17/2010 and 9/16/2010. Part of these funds were also to be used for the creation of a new recording company, (Viviana Recordings Limited ), for the purpose of acquiring the necessary producers, songwriters, ect. for the launching of the New Artist Project.

Being novices in the entertainment industry, we were relying on Lavae's expertise while we were following his instructions on how to become proficient in our respective roles as investors / officers in the newly formed corporation (Viviana Recordings Limited ). Living in New Jersey, we were limited in our ability to verify the information we were getting from Lavae regarding the completion of the recording studio, and the delaying of the revenue that was promised upon completion of the studio.

As these projects were "supposedly progressing", Lavae introduced us to a new "fantastic" opportunity to become involved with a project to sign a new artist to Viviana with the help of a new player in the mix, Greg of Los Angeles, Ca. The sales pitch from Lavae was that Greg would be able to provide studio space, producers, and back-up musicians all for a small percentage of what Viviana would realize from the signing of the artist. For this "once in a lifetime opportunity", we were asked to contribute an additional $20,000.

Already aware that the original New Artist Project was a bust, we asked the status of the recording studio. We were told by Lavae that he was not going to waste his time with a recording studio while this opportunity offered such promise. Shortly afterwards, the studio closed and The Lions Den Recording Lounge LLC. was no more.

In 2011, we contributed these additional funds, signing an artist to Viviana and expecting Lavae to carry this project to completion. Several months after we ( Lavae, my wife, and I ) met with the artist and his manager, it was clear that they were very disillusioned with Lavae's business and personal attributes (e-mails available to this effect). They demanded a termination of their contract and refused to be cooperative regarding any of the terms within the contract.

In 2013, we attempted a dissolution of our obligations to this corporation. We and Dejuan Lavae Mcclinnahan signed a contract providing for the complete restitution of our $40,000 investment in monthly payments beginning 4/01/2013 and to be completed by 11/15/2013, in consideration of any interest in the corporation.

As of 11/29/2013 we have not received any renumeration due per the terms of this contract.
