ON OCTOBER 28TH I WENT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED SITE TO ORDER A PAIR OF HAND-CRAFTED B5 "LEMON SKINZ" SNEAKERS FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.

SHE HAS BEEN A B5 FANATIC UP UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN SHE HAS BECOME UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF WHEN THEY ORDER FROM THEIR SITE.

ITS BEEN APPROX. 9 WEEKS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE ORDER THAT I PAID NEARLY $100.00, WHICH INCLUDED THE TAX AND SHIPPING. (EXPRESS SHIPPING AT THAT)

I BEGAN CONTACTING ROBERT HARRIS ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND AT THAT TIME HE TOLD ME THAT ALL THE SNEAKERS WERE MAILED OUT THAT MORNING AND THAT I SHOULD BE RECEIVING A TRACKING NUMBER. I NEVER DID. THE FOLLOWING WEEK I CALLED HIM AGAIN, WHEN HE ANSWERED HE SAID THAT HE WAS AT A CONCERT AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME BACK. HE NEVER DID. TWO WEEKS AGO I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND HE NEVER ANSWERED. WHEN HE DID ANSWER, HE STATED TO ME THAT THE SNEAKERS WENT OUT AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. OF COURSE, HE NEVER DID.

HERE WE ARE TODAY, DECEMBER 22, I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DAUGHTER'S SNEAKERS. SHE DOESN'T EVEN ASK ANYMORE BECAUSE SHE FEELS THAT THEY WILL NEVER COME. I BEGAN TO CALL MR. HARRIS BACK LAST NIGHT AND OF COURSE NO ANSWER. HE CALLED BACK TODAY AND HIS FIRST WORDS WERE "I HAD A MISSED CALL. WAS SOMEONE TRYING TO CONTACT ME FROM THIS NUMBER?" I REMINDED HIM OF WHO I WAS AND THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE THE SNEAKERS YET.

I EXPRESSED MY DISSATIFACTION IN THEIR SITE AND THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO STAND BACK AND CONTINUE TO ALLOW B5 FANS TO BE RIPED OFF WHEN TRYING TO SUPPORT THE GROUP THAT THEY LOVE. THIS HAS PUT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MANY OF THE KIDS MINDS THAT MY DAUGHTER IS ASSOCIATES WITH. I HAVE WARNED THEM ALL OF THE MISLEADING NATURE OF THE B5 CAMP AND I WILL NOT STOP HERE.

AS I SIT HERE NOW, MR. HARRIS HAS INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL GET THE TRACKING NUMBERS AND CALL ME BACK. ITS BEEN AN HOUR NOW, AND OF COURSE, I HAVENT HEARD BACK. I REALLY NEED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE INFORMED OF THIS SITE.

This is the first time we have heard about this forum. I wanted to make a statement concerning the person that had a complaint.

I am very sorry and take full responsibility for the inconvenience our unpreparedness caused for all our customers last year! Diamond Dawgz is the brain child of Ms. Adrian Breeding, mother of recording artists "B5". She and I put together the company in 2006 after we noticed alot of the female fans of B5 were questioning where the boys purchased their custom sneakers.

It was more of a hobby first as we began to sell 3-4 pair of custom sneakers per week. Ms. Adrian custom designs each pair of sneakers herself and was the only one that did them at the time. When oct 2007 rolled around, we got a huge holiday rush of 20+ sneakers a week and before we knew it we were 80+ sneakers behind! We closed the online store at the end of Nov 2007 to catch up with all the orders. Even though our time line says 4-6 weeks for the sneakers, some were headed past that and of course that led to a few upset customers. In reference to the conversations Mr. Lindenwold was having with Mr. Harris, it was obvious that Mr. Harris was unprepared and not dedicated to our DD customer base as he was only helping out of his free time and it only hurt us. This is not how we operate and have corrected it since. We have put a direct line to Diamond Dawgz offices (678-534-6605) and hired a customer service rep that has done a wonderful job this year!

We then saw that Diamond Dawgz was more than just a hobby so re-opened in Feb 2008 with a new and more direct business plan, new designs and ideas and also better systems for ordering and customer service!

2008 has been a smoother year for Diamond Dawgz and 2009 will bring even more great changes for our customers as we take the company to new heights in our business! Today we are more aware and ready to handle the holiday rushes that may come! Again, we apologize for last years challenges and are doing everything we can to bring to you a unique product with a pleasant experience!
