Diane Bowen is a business owner who should not be in business.  We have done business with her on more than one occasion and she displays every trait of a drug addict and a liar. 

She will tell you what you want to hear but when push comes to shove and she has to meet a deadline or produce a product she will not come through.  She took our down payment on custom furniture for $1200 dollars and will not produce the furniture and will not pay us the money that she took from us. 

When confronted by us in her showroom / work room.  She told us she would pay us back immediately and bring us the check the next day, that is after she (flustered) said she already sent the check and we should already have it.  This went on for a time with excuse after excuse of why she took our money and delivered nothing in return.

The next day she did not show - no check was sent and has not come sense.   She avoids our calls to this day.  

As a business owner we rely on our product and our reputation to not only stay in business but to grow our business.  This is what you get when you work with someone who is a drug addict that can't help but lie repeatedly.  Do I know for a fact that she is a drug addict?  No.  Are all the signs there?  Yes.  I suggest anyone who finds themselves in her store turn around and walk out quickly.
