Diet Zx By Vita Free - rip-off! Scam artist! Van NuysBell or Bell California

Around September 7, 2001 I received my order of approximately 7 bottles of diet zx, after about 3 weeks it was apparent that the tablets were not working for me, after many continuous attempts to contact customer service via telephone, a letter was sent certified mail on November 28, 2001.

A few weeks later, I received a phone call from customer service informing me to send back the remainder of the product and a full refund of $55.60 would be sent back to my credit card.

On December 12, 2001, I sent 6 bottles of unopened diet zx back to customer service at p o box 570 Van Nuys, CA 91408 and patiently waited. I am still waiting, to date, I have never received a call back or my money, and I have continuously tried to contact their customer service department without any success.

The original television ad, said that satisfaction was guaranteed or moeny-back within the first 30 days! What a lie, what a scam! This company should be made to pay their customers back with interest and driven from business.

Thanks for listening, and I would truly appreciate any helpful suggestions you can offer in getting my money returned to me.
