Digital Solutions - Dan Roubicek unreliable Brooklyn New York

Dan Roubicek had created a website for me that cost over $1000 when all was said and done.  I have no real issues with the site he created.  Not a perfect one, but ok.  Possibly some misunderstandings at the beginning.  However, I've also paid for site maintenance.  I paid $360 for 2 years of maintenance.  My website has been down for the past month and Dan Roubicek is not responding to phone calls, emails or texts.   I have a retail business and now, not only am I out the $360 maitenance fee, but the $1000 cost of site is wasted since it's not operational AND, i'm losing sales because my customers can't access the site. 

From what I'm hearing from WIX, all of the sites that Dan has been maintaining all have the same issues.  I don't know this to be a malicous act by Dan, perhaps something happened to him.  I'm just saying "BUYER BEWARE" when doing business with him.  I now have to pay someone else for website and maintenance.  Not a good time of year for this to be happening as Xmas shopping is beginning now.
