DigitalCorp, Shop DigitalCorp, B & Y Distributors Company is fraud, scam a ripoff...no product no refund...looking for help Dania Florida

I have read several reports on this company and they all say the same thing. I purchased a camera from them off of ebay..I too looked at them and everything seemed pretty legit. I was wrong. I sent them a check in the amount of $707.98. This was June 5th 2008.

I called to check shipment status and they said they didn't have the camera I ordered but I could upgrade to the new model. I said no and they said a refund would be issued within 72 hours.

It has been 5 months and still nothing. I have called and talked to them numerous times. Same thing. I am told either lie after lie or told to call back, they hang up on you, etc. I called two days ago and the guy said explicit and vulgar things and made sexual comments. This is more than a matter of money now. I felt degraded and belittled as he said these things while laughing.

I am hoping that the people who have already written a report or the ones that will be in the future will get in contact with me to try to get something done about this. I am not going to give up. That amount of money is alot to the average person in the times we are in and I don't want to be working my butt off for the money I earn so someone can just sit there and scam people and making money by stealing from the average hard working person.

I have tried many different organizations to get help on this and no one seems to care or want to do anything about it.
