Nedalia (Irving Dobrutsky & David Brook)who i invested 80,000 with in Columbian Emeralds said they could double my money within twelve months this was around Dec 2000 the money was going to be used to make my home more adaptable because i'm disabled with M/S & Heart problems, since making the investment i've been trying to get my money back, the company changed hands to Crown Equity Management (Mike Bell,Diko Khatcherian, Vered Katzav, Mike A. Coffer) and now Universal Gem Exchange (Michael Leiman, Vered Katzav)I recieved a letter from them on the 07/04/05 saying my Columbian emeralds (25.67ct & 4.04ct) are now ready for shipment can i get in touch, i got intouch spokke to michael Leiman who said "if i took delivery of my stones i would incur a very heavey import tax bill because the stones were now valued well over 100,000, he went on to say if I purchased a carving off him he could sell the Columian Emeralds as a package", I told him the problems i've had with Nedalia & Crown Equity failing to sell them and i was'nt in a possition to buy anything else, all my savings were tied up with the stones, his reply was "he will come up with a deal and phone me back" this was in April of this year since then I phone every day but no one can reach, I leave a message but he never returns my call, i've emaild,sent recorded mail, i've faxed but he or Vered never gets back, four weeks ago i sufferd a heart attack, i'm sure this contributed to it.

Hey I work for those guys for a few months, From oct 04 till febuary 05. I worked for Irvings outfit Dali International. There ripping people off for authentic Dali's sculptures. After I figured out the clients I was saleing to were never going to get thier art remarketed I quit and called the clients. The clients were given there money back because of the hell I caused(about 30,000). Those pepople are s**t! PCI Nadalia Dali all the same people! How can they get away with this? I still have some of the clients numbers if any lawyers need them!

I am one of PCI's digruntled customers. Have you spoken to Corporal McCrory of the RCMP? I am working with an attorney - we are currently developing a law suit against PCI as a corporation and against some of the key individuals. Knowing that Diko has hidden a lot of his assetts, we are going to hit his fellow travelers too. You should pick the side you want to be on!
