Thank you for taking the time to read this review on Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics as the outrageous reports filed are clearly made out of anger from a disgruntled, terminated employee. The roofing business is cut throat as it is, but when the cancer is on the inside of the company, it can be dangerous. The reports that were filed were done about a year and a half ago and since then our company has continued to grow. None of the claims were true and Dimensional Roofing has continued to build top quality roofs. The terminated employee was a salary compensated individual and become jealous of our hard working sales reps who were truly working and making the company money. Instead of coming to work, the disgruntled came in to work after lunch and used company credit cards to buy personal items for himself. Video footage is kept of him in our office after midnight going through other employees offices. This is just unacceptable. He has been terminated and a Human Resources Consultant has been hired to keep our policies clear hiring techniques effective.
