 Rob Felt is full of self admiration and crappolla. He waits 8 months to write a rebuttal. He does this because I sent a letter of intent with a time limit for him to settle before I filled the lawsuit. Why so long to file you ask, I live on a fixed income and it takes sometime to save the money required to bring morons like this to justice. I sent him a link to the complaint back in June. The very day I wrote it. He says the credit card company told him it was OK to refund me 2/3rds of what he owes. Crappolla. First off Mr. Rob "genius" Felt, my CCCompany, if I had one would not discuss my account with you. Secondly, it was a debit card and I can assure you USAA did not discuss anything with you. That would make you a liar. The other spin you try to put on the customer is all bullsquirt. I have the emails as well and I have many for which there was no response. Regarding your questionable ethics, I d**n sure don't want to be behind you come judgement day, least the Father might just wish to purge a few that were close in case stupid is contagious. Be sure and answer your door, you know the at home, attached to the garage you run this fine establishment out of. The process server will be knocking soon. I am Robert Felt. I earned a patent motorizing bicycles in a street legal fashion, June 15, 1995 and incorperated in 1997. This company has marketed auxillary power for otherwise human power vehicles for a longer period than any related business. Bicycles being the most common choice. Tricycle kits are all hand built. Each power system is based on brand, size, and style of course, but also knowing how the individual intends to use it is also important to us, in the name of safety for everyone. One has to earn an excellant reputation, but we can only be as good as the installer.

Number 1 priority: Listen to the customer.

After gathering such information and using our knowledge to provide the best product (functionality and safety) for the best price (value) I built and shipped a product designed to assist propulsion for a "Meridian Trike". I had to order expensive parts, my loss, as a "Meridian trike" has a 16.8 MM axle. No other Trike Manufacturer does. This increased build time as it had to be custom ordered by Schwinn.

I have never been sued. Ever! If a person is not happy, I settle. And move on.

I listened to his concerned after installing a kit that was missing parts. I wondered how he could install it if it was missing parts. But why argue for crying in the beer. In 33 years of business, I admit product has gone out missing something. It is a complex product that requires every part to work.

However, it was not missing parts. He wanted to hot rod the unit, he claims he did just so in his complaint. So I told him he needed an extra brace, but I needed a measurement from him, which I could not get. I have over a dozen emails, going over this.

Then he claims the engine was bad. And claims I wanted to rebuild the engine! Rebuilding is something one does NOT do to a little Chinese two stroke. You throw them in the trash because it costs more to rebuild than replace. I have not rebuilt a 50cc or less 2 stroke in the entire life of the business. SO all that is just false. But I will admitt I did want to see this bad engine, missing parts, because he sent me a video of it screamming wide open not under load. That's what one would do to ruin a perfectly good engine system. Folks, I have a video of this! Made by the accuser.

He shipped back a pile of unprotected used, no abused product that went straight into the junk pile. No way would I ever try to resell something so misused.

I took all the emails, (I can't prove all the phone corrospondence) and the video (Sorry I can't post it, "intellectual property" because I would so like to)and offered it to the Credit Card company. They agreed that I was fair to credit him $450. And allowed me to move on..

He did not sue. But he sure beat his chest that he fully intended too. Didn't he? There is nothing I can do about that. He believes his own exagerations yet it is clear his stories are fabricated. That's business, and I did the best for him that I could. I am glad he quit trying to scream down the roads on a trike. I make really fast bikes, true, but not trikes. For safety reasons. This guy needs another way. I wished him luck, but Good bye sir.

 I'll be forwarding the link to the original report and this update to that moron Rob Felt. I've decided to sue Rob Felt in small claims court. He will have to answer in person in the Great State of Texas or he will have a default judgment issued, at which time I can demand real property from this thief and the court will enforce my claim. I figured a place ticket to Texas and a hotel for a couple of days will cost this idiot in the neighborhood of $2000.00. The suit will be for triple damages....about $1150.00 plus costs.....about $450.00. He thinks he's smarter than everyone, he thinks he can hide behind a C-corp.

Rob your an idiot, you've met your match and now it's time you got your come-up-ance. I gave you ample opportunity to make this right. Now I'm going to dispense a little justice. After winning this judgment against you I will exercise my right to publish the court findings so the public will be informed prior to doing any business with you. I will buy a domain (with the money you will be forced to pay) that will accompany all searches that remotely relate too you or any and all of your known DBA's, C-corps, websites and of course your given name.
