Direct Express I filed a claim against Walmart.com due to shipment going to wrong address. Attempts to correct the error was to no avail. I am being charged $410. for merchandise I did not recieve. Walmart.com Internet

 On the 19th of June I placed an order with Walmart.com knowing I was relocating I intended to supply a ship to address, however, I was not given the opportunity to give them a shipping address and the sent shipment to the billing address.  Throughout the remainder of the evening and next morning I made repeated attempts to correct the error by speaking to Walmart and Fedex several times.  This apparently did me no good. Realizing that I was in transit to my new residence I called Direct Express to file a claim #1-1438184226 to dispute charges to my debit account. 

After arriving at my new location I contacted Walmart who advised me that if I had notified the bank it was all I could do. I then called Direct express to verify the claim had been filed and to ascertain they had the correct address.

Then I waited and waited and found out today the claim was denied and essentially there was absolutely nothing I could do about it.
