Direct Express Sceam San Antonio Texas

I have called direct express reporting my card been stolen they block my card come to found out on October1, my sister used my phone to change my pin number by taken my SSN she made 9 transaction on my card from the ATM, I had ask her did she take my card she said no than I said direct express said someone change my pin number on September 27,2013 talking about I didn't do it an I stay truth to myself I did a police report and call direct express about situation they told me they will send me a letter witch they did but on October 19,

they had the nervous to tell my since my sister did it on my phone they can't called it fraud so I told them so now thefts gets away with fraud now I keep telling them I didn't give no one permission to used my card, they denied on the letter they sent me, the bank told me I need to go to the police station again to show them the text messages that my sister an her friend sent me,

my sister friend sent me a text messages saying how she told my sister to change my pin number and how she took the card from my so-called sister and went to an ATM withdrawal from my card not only just that she lives right across the street from the ATM they withdrawal from now I gotta fine a lawyer to proven myself I didn't do it so people becareful who you closer to because they can be your worst enemy she was watching my kids while I was working she didn't leave my house until September 30,2013 so she was there September 25,2013 until September 30th
