I signed up for directv in May 2011 with an offer for FREE NFL SUNDAY TICKET with a choice extra package or higher. When I went to activate it I was told " we did not offer that until July" and you have to pay. I told them I had an e-mail offer and MY CONTRACT STATES FREE NFL Sunday Ticket.
I was basically told TOO BAD... you have to pay!!!!! I am now into them for 20 more months.

BE CAREFULL WHAT YOU DO WITH THEM!!!!!!THEY LIE!!!! AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO.
THE ATTY. GENERALS OFFICE WANTS A 5 PAGE COMPLAINT TO MOVE FORWARD.
