I cancelled my service in November 2014 and was sent packaging to return the receiver. I was even credited by the company through my Century Link account which is a partner to Direct TV. After packaging the receiver and handing it DIRECTLY TO THE POSTMAN as I personally watched it being put inside the Postal Van, I figured all was well and end of service. Shortly afterwards I receive a bill for $145.87 for a receiver. I know for a fact it was returned and can not believe the lies being spewed from Direct TV. I have no use for their receiver nor their service and do not recommend them to anyone.
