I have been a customer of DirecTV since 1997.  I have been ordering the NFL Sunday ticket for approximatley 10 years now.  I have 8 receivers and a DVR.  I also have to pay an additional fee each month since our service is located in an area in Southern Utah that gets NO signal of any kind for TV or radio.  Each year the number of games broadcast become fewer and fewer.  Now, they are blocking the NFL Network WHICH I pay for each and every month as part of a package.  Teams such as Green Bay, Denver, San Francsico and Arizona are all blocked EVERY weekend.  This has NOTHING to do with my location so why are they blocked.  The advertisement on TV and on the phone with DirecTV say "ALL THE GAMES EVERY WEEKEND".  Directv and the NFL needs to stop cheating their customers and stop the False advertising.

Thank you for responding to my complaint DirecTV employee!  However, if you would have thoroughly read my complaint, I stated that I was one of the first to get the NFL Sunday ticket over ten years ago and there were no restrictions in the beginning.   Each year more and more games are blocked.  How does living in Southern Utah "threaten" the NFL pocketbook?  I have to drive at least 8+ hours OR drive a couple hours to an airport and then fly an hour or so to the nearest game.  NOW, the NFL Network is blocking the games that are being played now...PRESEASON.  The NFL Network is part of my monthly package.  It's like buying the Starz package which is all movies and then when a new movie comes on, they block it.  IT'S DISHONEST AND STUPID! Please do not respond to a complaint if you do NOT read it thoroughly.  My complaint is with both NFL and DirecTV.

DirecTV and NFL

Thanks for the copy right info from DirecTV but please read all of my complaint.  I was one of the first people to get the NFL Sunday ticket when it first came out and there was NO restrictions in the beginning.  It wasn't until people like me started complaining about the false advertising.  Plus, the NFL Network has NOT ever been blocked before.  ALSO, I live in Southern Utah.  I can understand if it is the Chargers that were blocked and I live in San Diego but Green Bay games have been blocked to Southern Utah.  How does this infringe on ANY of their teams?  I can not get to ANY of those games unless I drive for 8+ hours OR drive a couple hours to an airport and then fly on a plane for over an hour.  My beef is with BOTH.  You must work for DirecTV.

Looks like your beef is with the NFL and NOT DirectTV.  Nope, I don't work for either one.

In case you've been living in a cave, the NFL does this to protect the gate at their games.
