Discount Engine Exchange Eric Deroche stole from me in the name of Discount Engine Exchange Phoenix, Arizona

I paid Eric Deroche $1400 deposit to buy an engine for a 1990 Benz.Once he got the money,he refused to do any work to my car.It has been with them for a year now. I have gone through a lot of pain because of the way he ripped me off.He used to refer all questions to a man named Ted Kline,who no longer works there.Any time I call about my car,he asks me to go talk to some mechanic who knows nothing about my car.

They recently moved and never told me they'd moved to their present location.I had to look for them by asking people around their old address.They never informed me they had moved and taken my car with them.

I have found out that they have F rating with the BBB,their company is incorprated in Nevada with Eric Deroche and Shawn(Shann) Reese as managers.The state of AZ does not know them really!

I will spare you the details of my missery because they are similar to all the other ones you will read here.The last time I went following up on my car,Eric shut the door on me and locked it.He said I was trespassing on private property. After that,I went to court and sued.When the post office showed up with a restricted certified mail,they refused to sign for it.That same day,Eric called me wanting to repair the car and wanted my authorization.I never called them.

Last few days,Eric has  called saying the engine is done.I have not called him back.My subpoena was returned and am gonna use the sheriff to get it served.I  used lots of rental cars thinking they were going to get done.They never did.I ended up buying a car that died shortly thereafter and had to buy another one.THEY NEVER CARED.

If all the people who have been ripped off got together and sought a good attorney,this guy will be out of the RIPPOFF BUSINESS for sure.
